Fayetteville GA 30215We ordered a trolling motor. It was supposed to arrive March 25th before 8 pm. We were waiting and watching for this delivery. At 8 :36pm we get a notice that as per customer request it was brought back to the post office and I have to pick it up.When the postal delivery person dropped off our mail at 5:30 they didn't get out of the vehicle. And no other vehicles approach our home. Also I am disabled and can not walk very well and definitely can't carry a boxed up trolling motor. Why would I send it back? This has happened several times when it is a larger package.

Not sure why there are so many negative reviews at this location. Went in today to return a prepaid package however I needed a receipt so I didn’t use the drop box. Everyone was very apologetic about the wait times which shows excellent customer service in my book. Mine u the line was moving quickly.

Do NOT mail a package from this location. It will disappear! There must be incompetent or dishonest employees working here.

Update: ***I want to mention that the manager I spoke to was named Roy on both days and HE was WONDERFUL. That man deserves a raise for all he must put up with. My issue is solely with the mail delivery person that drives all over my lawn and when asked to stop she said she would be leaving my packages that are supposed to be at my front door on the curb - disrespectful. My driveway has plenty of space to turn around in OR try using reverse? Common sense.Original Review: I am so sad to report that my five star review is now a one star review. I usually have an amazing experience with our mail lady and we often wave to each other on days I'm home as she drops off our packages/mail. The last two days I happened to be home and see that she backed very much backwards and then forwards again into our yard/lawn to turn around in our driveway. Rather than reverse and not drive over our grass. For a year I've been noticing tire tracks in our yard so I got a security camera recently (screenshots from that attached below). The manager called after I sent in my complaint online and I was apologetic for having to complain about it but at the same time there's literally no need for it. The manager told me to stop apologizing because they know better than to do that and that it won't happen again. The next day (yesterday) I again see the same mail van back up into my yard and again pull through forward into our lawn. I sent another complain form in just for the manager to call me today and tell me he was relaying to me from the driver that my complaint will cause issues when she has heavy packages and acting as if my packages will be left at the mail box or something. This is when I had had enough. The manager tried to be polite but he should have never let her relay anything other than an "I won't do it again" or an apology. Our issues have nothing to do with her using the driveway in an appropriate manner but she will not be sloppily driving in my yard. I am attaching screenshots from day one of her doing this, as well as the second day she did it again after being told by her manager not to. I will be escalating this concern now that I am getting excuses on why she can't use reverse to back out of our driveway or walk it up from the street if its an issue.

Another reason why this location has terrible reviews. The postal worker, as per their usual practice, delivered the package to the wrong address. Unfortunately, this time we were unable to retrieve it. Despite my wife's conversation with someone at the location (identity not disclosed unless necessary), we were informed that there is nothing they can do. They sent the postal worker back to the incorrect delivery address, but the homeowner feigned ignorance about the situation. According to the post office website, if a package is marked as delivered but not received, one should check with neighbors. The issue arises because the Post Office refuses to disclose the address of the residence where the misdelivery occurred. Given the perceived ineffectiveness of these employees, I am taking the matter into my own hands and filing a report with both the USIPS and the local police department.

Any card that comes in the mail, no matter the way it’s sealed (see photo with tape) is opened. Gift cards and cash are stolen every time. It’s very unfortunate that friends/family cannot send my children any type of monetary gift in the mail. Encourage your family and friends to not send monetary gifts in the mail. This has been happening since Oct 2023 when the gift season picked up and hasn’t stopped. No one is held accountable. Such a shame.

Horrible, horrible so very very rude employee here at this location, I have been missing a packages all the time and kept getting mails and packages that didn't belong to me all the times I had to deliver them to correct addresses in my neighborhood and I'm tired of call to complaints and there's nothing changes as a matter of fact it seems to get worse especially last month my package was missing twice and I call usps to report the missing package on 12/21/2023 and another one 12/27/2023 they gave me a case # and I got a call from the fayetteville usps employee name Tameka she was so rude and acted like it was my fault that my packages was missing but she be able to locate one on the 27th was delivered to the wrong address but the one on 21st she stated it was scanned and put in my mailbox and there's nothing that she can do to help and won't allow me to have a chance to point out the possibility of what could have happened because it was 6 packages was scanned but only 5 in my mailbox and it's a smallest one it don't make any sense if it got stolen why just one out of the 6 packages it seems like he scan 6 but only put 5 in but she don't want to hear that she just keeps saying there's nothing that she can do and hung up on me and update the case as resolved so disgusting attitude

This Location has one of the best atmospheres. The Service Clerks are knowledgeable in there respective area of service, they also are extremely patient as well as polite. In my opinion this is one of the better locations.

I just moved from Union City , to Fayetteville, it’s been literally an entire month, I haven’t received not 1 piece of mail. I’ve taken the proper steps by confirming and validating my change of address . No mail, also I’ve been receiving mail in my box from other neighbors, I run a business, and I am missing high priority mail, I have sought legal counsel, plus FOX 5 , just because I’ve been told Fayetteville has an inside theft problem

I went on a Thursday around 4:45. There was a bit of a line but it's holiday season. It moved along at a decent pace. They had two cashiers. At least one of the employees came out to apologize for the wait once or twice. That was appreciated. At least one of the two cashiers was very friendly and polite towards the customers. The other one was just average or I guess the bare minimum required for professional interaction.

I have been waiting on important medical supplies that were delayed by 1 day. Fine. Then I am promised delivery the next day. Postal employee tosses my mail on our bottom step exposed to the weather with a “sorry we missed you while you were out” slip. We weren’t out! There was no knock at the door. My door bell camera clearly shows they made zero attempt to let us know they were here. I would’ve offloaded the damn thing from the truck myself! Worthless waste of a delivery service!

If the hours say 9-5 how about you stay open until 5 instead of closing at 4:45, you’re a post office for f’s sake. Speaking of that, the lines are always long because the workers take 15 years to do their job. You’d think their parents were asking them to do chores

Very bad location with bad workers and lots of theft and crime. Our mail delivery driver drives recklessly, can barely get our mail in the right box, and doesn’t hand deliver certified mail….and y’all be thinking mail in ballots are the way to go. Sheesh

The employee said my package was labeled wrong, so she took my label off, cut it in half and switched the To and From name/address… I’ve been mailing packages with USPS, UPS, and FedEx for 20 years; never been any issues. My problem is, regardless of where the from is placed on the label, the “TO: name/address” is printed in LARGE 72 font, BOLDED, HIGHLIGHTED and UNDERLINED. I could have had to “to” upsides down for all I care and there’s still no way you can possibly mistake the to vs from. What’s going to piss me off is if there’s an issue with the package because the employee didn’t fully tape the label back on it, nor placed a USPS label over my label instead. It should have been a simple “hey customer, I think it’s clear where the package is going, just try to put the “from” at the top next time.” VERY SIMPLE
