I felt like I was victim of a scam at this store. Kamari is the sales associate that I felt swindled us for commission. My husband and I went there to purchase phones and plans. First, we were there for about 2 hours plus because she was so slow. So after we traded our phones and she gave us the new phones, she proceeded to gather all these accessories, which we never buy from a retailer but they are drastically overpriced. She first began adding a screen protectors and cameras protector, and phone cases to our phones...jewel cords in the bag. We asked, what is all this? Her words, "it's included". So I get home and look at my receipt and all these things were itemized and taken against our credit for our trade ins. Then, it was next to impossible to get in contact with the manager, to which I have still not spoken to, trying to get a refund for the things I was able to return. DON'T GO TO THIS STORE! If I could give no stars, I would give negative stars!!

I went to Verizon to take advantage of their deal for existing customers by trading in ANY phone to get their new AI phone. They transferred all my data and apps to the new phone and it was perfect. I could not have asked for a more professional and knowledgeable staff to do this. Alayna, the salesperson and tech, was great. She efficiently made the changes for me.

DJ was amazing! We are senior Citizens so he took the time to show us everything we needed to do. Offered best pricing for us; and ensured we received my husbands' Veteran discount. Friendly, Professional, a true pleasure to work with him.

From the outset, the representative exhibited a high level of professionalism and genuine interest in assisting me.Their knowledge of Verizon’s products and services was evident as they patiently answered all my queries and provided insightful recommendations tailored to my needs. What stood out most was their commitment to ensuring I had a seamless experience. They went above and beyond to address any concerns, demonstrating a true dedication to customer satisfaction.The representative’s courtesy and efficiency made the entire process smooth and enjoyable. In an industry where customer service can be hit or miss, this interaction was undoubtedly a hit. Kudos to Verizon for having such exemplary individuals on their team. I left the conversation not only with the information I needed but also with a renewed sense of confidence in Verizon’s commitment to customer service excellence.

Kamari was great and knowledgeable.She helped me pick out a great case for my new phone.Only wish prices were better and Verizon allowed me to use the same deals as their “company” stores.

DELETED MY INFO. Info compromisedI went to this location simply because I wasn't able to log into my phone because it required a code from my phone that I was currently setting up (go figure.) So I went to this location to get this simple task completed. I wasn't able to sign in(with QR code) because my phone needed a code sent to the phone that wasn't set-up. The older gentlemen was working with another client. He says he will get someone from the back. A woman heavyset,appeared to be late 40's early 50's, long dreads (masculine presenting) comes out. This task should have taken all of 2 seconds. She was pressing several things, going through several apps. When I get home & see my phone isn't restoring to it's updated version even after giving it time I began to check my content. I was missing select text messages, password to my accts, my photos from 2023. Even if this person knew someone that didn't get along with me, it doesn't give them the right to abuse their position and delete/compromise my info. I have spent most of that night and today with techs trying to get my issue resolved. This is unacceptable and definitely not the way you conduct business.

Jarred made this dreaded experience of upgrading much better than previous experiences. He even found charges we didn’t realize we were paying for to get credited. Very friendly and patient and helpful! Great asset and hope to use him if we need any future services! First positive experience we’ve had with Verizon in a long time.
