This location is the worst went here to pick up my phone and it was literally one customer and 3 workers. The worker asked did I want to purchase accessories and I declined. Once I asked could I get assistance with activating my phone and setting up I was told it would take an hour before I can get help. They workers were literally holding a personal conversation so I was confused why they couldn’t help.

I had an amazing experience at this location while getting my services switched over from T-Mobile to Verizon. First, I felt like I was taken serious as a customer and was treated like royalty. I came in on a Tuesday and spoke with a guy named Tye. I expressed my interest with switching my services over but wasn’t quite ready to do it on the same day. He understood how I felt. I did tell him that I will come back the next day and get the switching process started. He did say that he was off the next day but if I was serious about switching my services then he will set an appointment for me to come see him and he will be there for me on his day off. He even gave me a list of what I needed to bring to ensure the switching process goes smooth, and even gave me his business number if I had any questions. He followed up with me with a phone call on the next day to ensure I was still coming. I get there on a Wednesday afternoon to get everything switched over and let me tell you the entire process went nothing but SMOOTHLY! I feel like I got an amazing deal with my trade-ins and bringing in my own devices. I expressed him my concerns with 2 lines and the possibility of switching them over to Verizon at a later time that day so they won’t experience any service interruptions. When I tell you, Tye went out of his way and went the extra mile. He told me when those 2 lines were ready to get switched over, to call his business number and let him know that they were ready. And I did just that all while being at home. He even followed up with me with a phone call to inform that he did the switching process on the remaining 2 lines and to see if everything went through and if the services were working. I am utterly impressed by his service and his attentiveness to customers. He went out of his way and went the extra mile to ensure that I, as a customer, was happy and satisfied at the end of the day.
If you ever need help, please ask for Tye. He is amazing!

Wish they would go back to free upgrades and more phone options to pick form. Also wish they would go back to servicing phones in the store.

I visited this Verizon store today to resolve an ongoing issue with my phone. I suspected it was a minor problem, and indeed it was. Initially, I was quite frustrated when I walked in, but the staff member who greeted me at the door was exceptionally helpful and patient. After I explained my issue, they directed me to a specialist who could assist me.
The atmosphere in the store was very calming, thanks to the soothing soul music playing in the background. It’s always nice to hear good music while waiting. The troubleshooting process took about 10 minutes, during which the staff methodically addressed the problem. It turned out that simply toggling the VPN setting fixed my phone, and it was back to working perfectly.
I was in and out of the store in about 15 minutes, which was ideal. The efficient service and friendly staff made a huge difference. As I was leaving, a staff member also thanked me for my service to the country, which was a heartfelt gesture that meant a lot to me. Overall, I left the store satisfied and impressed with the level of service provided. Great job to the team at this Verizon store!

Horrible customer service.I walked in and was told to wait by one of the retail sale worker but there was another worker sitting the whole time and didn’t acknowledge me not once and proceeded to ignore my presence, then as-another worker came out they than both gave there attention to the customer as if I didn’t come in before hand and assisted someone else that had jus walked in minding you I’m still waiting to be assisted, I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all just unbelievably disappointed in all the workers. They should be fired immediately.

So I switched from T-mobile last September to Verizon. All my 6 lines because of network issues.
I have insurance with them I purchased screw protecters from them. They told me I can get it replaced and I requested a replacement screen from zagg. Apparently they lied. I have been to two Verizon stores, camp creek and Fayetteville and they all telling me a story. Camp creek said $25 to replaced because they are independent store so i have to take it to the corporate store, so I drive to Fayetteville and the are telling me is $29.99 to replaced it at the corporate store
I was taken care of after talking to Verizon customer service

Oh wow , First I would like to say I switched my phone carrier over from T-Mobile to Verizon and the way I was treated as a potential client was terrible. I spoke with customer service first and was told one price over the phone which was the reason I chose Verizon over AT&T. However, when I was in store, about to pay I was told a completely different down payment amount and price. Which Jessica said she couldn’t honor it even though customer service told me they could. After minutes of complaining to Jessica about how much of a price difference it was she miraculously was able to decrease the price which was extremely unsettling being that she had the ability to increase and decrease the price at her own leisure like that. Then she gave me my monthly bill estimate and I must say this is when I realized I made a mistake by switching over to Verizon. She told me she couldn’t give me or even let me SEE a price breakdown when I asked her why my monthly bill was so expensive. She left me there after giving me my phone with no information about my phone bill, the estimated due date, she didn’t even tell me to download the Verizon app and help me with my login or set it up. I later called
the customer service and was able to get a price break down, my monthly bill was so expensive because she added on additional things that I DID NOT ask for , consent to or even want. I felt so disappointed in myself for switching over to Verizon because they don’t really care about their customers and they don’t pride themselves on giving good and quality service. Both the over the phone representatives and in store representatives are nonchalant, dismissive, not the most knowledgeable or helpful. You are truly just a number with Verizon.

In person experience much better than over the phone. I’m glad I made the switch to faster cheaper internet service! Associates were kind. Nicole and Kwyn were very knowledgeable and helpful.

Jess was incredibly thorough and helpful during our visit on Sunday 3/3.
She patiently walked us through all our options, helped us lower the cost of some of the lines by switching to other plans and helped me switch my phone from ATT.
Fantastic customer service during a busy time. Her Associate Mo also seemed to expertly help the many customers that came in and out during our Nearly 1 hr visit.

Burn it to the ground. Worst service ever. Still sitting here. Don't waste your time making an appointment because even if you have one the guy will walk away and help someone else and make you call customer service outside of the store.

Horrible service. They treat you not like you might be ignorant or not know how things work, but like you’re an idiot for not knowing how things work. As a customer, I should never have to feel like I’m dumb asking any question whatsoever anything even the simplest thing you should treat me like I shouldn’t know anything not like I’m an idiot for not knowing it come on guys that’s customer service 101
