Burn it to the ground. Worst service ever. Still sitting here. Don't waste your time making an appointment because even if you have one the guy will walk away and help someone else and make you call customer service outside of the store.

Horrible service. They treat you not like you might be ignorant or not know how things work, but like you’re an idiot for not knowing how things work. As a customer, I should never have to feel like I’m dumb asking any question whatsoever anything even the simplest thing you should treat me like I shouldn’t know anything not like I’m an idiot for not knowing it come on guys that’s customer service 101

Absolutely horrible experience at this Verizon. I went in just to ask pricing on a possible addition to my service and was treated less than a human by the manager Roscoe. After his representative already gave me misinformation Roscoe then refused to assist in any kind of way and actually had an attitude and adamantly denied knowing the name of his own representative working under his management. Completely unprofessional and I would give negative stars if I could.

If you're ever having a problem with your Verizon phone just go directly to a Corporate Verizon store. After visiting an "authorized dealer" with a Verizon store sign I was unable to receive help. However at this location, Missy was prompt, professional and thorough. I walked out with a working phone, and though I was patient, she did not take long. Thank you Missy!

Hidden fees, bait and switch on sales. Like car salespeople. I had over $100 in fees that were hidden and didn't show up on the 3 page receipt they printed out. When I asked why it wasn't on the receipt. They tried to act like it was an error and needed to put a ticket in for it. I had to press them multiple times to find out why the math wasn't correct before they showed me on a secret receipt only they can see. Top it all off I was returning 3 phones and they gave me 2 boxes to ship them back in knowing that the shipping label will only work for 1 box. I'm finding this out after they sent me to ups and when ups said no. I went back to the store and they are saying no you have to buy a box to put all 3 in and ship them back. Shouldn't be this hard to spend money.

I DO NOT appreciate being ignored when I walked in. Was in the store 5 to 10 minutes not even acknowledged. But yet when other people walk in the same color they get acknowledged and approached. I am not racist or anything at all just don’t appreciate being ignored!

Horrible...Not knowledgeable of anything, from their products and promotions. Manger's dismissive attitude because of their lack of knowledge. I lost money and time. I wish I could choose a half of a star.

Their employees lack sales skills, experience, and information. They move extremely slow; you’ll be here hours. Poor inventory. They say anything to get you to buy more to increase their commission as well as telling you you can return the phone but they charge several fees to do so. Always review your receipt because they sneak in fees without verbalizing. Best buy has much better service and geek squad!
