The pharmacist is never here, my dad is a senior and the efforts it takes to come to town at 85, to pick up his meds is alot, and 4 out of 5 times...NO PHARMACIST on duty.

They need more help here, desperately!! The tech/cashier, “Debbie”, is neither friendly, nor helpful, and they NEVER have my mother’s prescriptions ready when they say they will.

We've been coming here for a year. Staff always greets you when you enter and pharmacists are always friendly and efficient. We've had to go to other Walgreens on occasion because the pharmacy closes earlier here than at others, but it's not a typical problem for us. Thought I'd mention it for others who often need pickup after 6pm.

The pharmacy often takes them a very long time to fill prescriptions. In addition, they have a problem providing correct information. They sent me an automated call earlier this week telling me that my insurance company had denied my prescription. I called my insurance company to find out what was wrong. It turned out that the pharmacist had made a mistake, and their system generated the call even though they fixed it right afterward.Another issue is that they are very low on stock. The shelves are nearly empty, and they didn't have anything I needed. When asked when they would restock they said they didn't know.

Debby in the pharmacy was so rude to a chain of customers. When customers asked when their prescription would be ready, she would say, "come back at 4! We don't have anything for you" in a shouting tone. To me, she said my name was not in the system, and I had to offer my birthdate otherwise she would have turned me away. She further said, "what kind of world do you live on where a prescription is ready right when you get out from the doctor. Come back at 5!". During pick up, she said that insurance couldn't be run and asked if I "even wanted the prescription". Being sick, I was not in the mood. Totally unprofessional. One start for filling the prescription correctly.

This is the Walgreens I go to regularly. I used to go to the one in Union City. But you better be on guard when you go to that one in Union City. Cashiers in pharmacist are very polite and helpful. I like Walgreens way better than

Horrible experience with the drive thru, the wait time was extremely long to be told we don’t have a prescription for you, but it was faxed and I had the confirmation with me along with the original prescription as well. Very bad customer service.
