I went to the Walmart auto center in Fayetteville ga. First of all I got there at 8:40 but didn’t leave until 10:40 for them to tell me they can’t change my oil I had a bad leak. I no I didn’t have any oil leak before I got there I told to go to a mechanic so I went to my usually mechanic found that Walmart auto center broke the bolt when trying to change the oil and lied about it… they need to shut y’all down asapService: Oil change

I'm at this location for service all the time. They are very accommodating whenever I'm there. The customer service is excellent. I will continue to come here for my auto service. Thanks for all your help! I greatly appreciate it!!!

Came here for an oil change, I was confused on the process so it took a minute to get checked in properly. Once I was in, I went into the store to do some shopping, unfortunately there was an issue with my car and the staff was calling the old number not the number I'd given them at check in, so when I went to pick my car up after I thought was more than enough time to have the oil change completed, I was told the car had not had an oil change and they were out of oil. I was assisted and told I could purchase oil, and they'd get the oil changed as quick as possible, but I just thought this was crazy.I paid $23 for oil and $30 for an oil change. I originally agreed to pay them $54 for an oil change. So I wasted 4 hours of time for $1 difference which I think is really unfortunate because it was my off day. I think the communication amongst the crew could be better because then when I got ready to check out, no one was aware that I paid for the oil ($23)and now only needed to pay for the oil change($30) not the package($54) which took another 20 minutes, and I missed a prescheduled appointment elsewhere. The manager finally came in to help after 2 failed attempts and I was out of there.The reason I gave 4 stars and not less is because Dave/David was such a sweet person about the manner; some people have the worst attitude as if the issue is your fault. He did everything to try to make the situation better, and helped me from the moment I arrived to helping me find the oil, even vacuuming out my car for me (something I haven't been able to do for months after suffering a back injury). Sometimes going the extra mile makes it worth while and a customer returning in the future. Thanks for taking care of my baby(car)!

Hours day they close at 5 on Sunday got there at 4 and was told to pull up only to be told 10 mins later everyone was going home and they wouldn't be able to service me.

Went for an oil change, had a little bit of a wait at first (no more than 10 minutes, which was to be expected considering there were 2-3 cars in front of me), but customer service was great, price was better than I was expecting, was able to checkout/pay for the few items I picked up at the same time I paid for the oil change (instead of having to fight the checkout lines up front), got my keys and was on my way!!

What an awesome experience I had At Walmart Auto service department. You have to meet Laura she is the customer service representative I've ever met at a Walmart She's very proficient in the work that she does and knowledgeable of the items that I needed for my car. I did not have an appointment she so searched the system made arrangements for me to get my services done. In addition of that she got me the bestdeal possible so pleasant so patient. Walmart should consider using her to train representatives in their other departments.And so kind she actually went out into the auto service area to see what kind of deal she could get me the best service is made my day definitely will be visiting while Walmart Fayetteville again

Every time I’ve came to this spot, it’s always a different story. The last two times I’ve came I’ve been turned around. First time I arrived at 3pm, there was one car in front of me and was told they can’t take me because they close at 4pm, lol, what a joke. Second time, they told me oil changes have to be through appointments only now and they don’t have space till 2 or 3 days out. For a place that hours are 10am-4pm, just pure laziness…I used to get my oil changed here faithfully, but noticing the lack of service and of caring for customers in the workforce has hit this place really hard, I would just stay away.

DO NOT GO HEREdropped off for oil changeDidn’t call me for two hours even though o was the second customer of the morningAssuming it was done came to payThey said they refused serviceBecause my “oil level was low”?that’s why I’m here to get oil put in.Then the tech came on to explain he couldn’t get my oil cap off. Still completely unacceptable to make me wait that long and not even do the job.I really hate this Walmart for everything
