This my 2nd time I came up here and I get no help . I made appointment at the call center to get Hep B vaccine and when I get here they they don’t have no hep B vaccine. Also I ask can they call the other centers and Newan to see if they have the Hep B vaccine and the lady said no. Im so sick of the call center people because they don’t know the correct price either . The called center say one price than when you go the actual facility it’s more . And we can get the direct like to the actual facility only the call center People at these call centers don’t know nothing!

Dentist Visit: All staff was friendly.Location is clean and welcoming.The only thing I noticed was that after my visit, they called prior trying to cancel. However, I didn't realize that until after. My appt was at noon and they called to reschedule at 10:30 am after about 20 notifications of the appt. So I thought that was odd, but was happy they still accepted me. I am curious as to why they cancel and reschedule so much per the reviews here.

Horrible, absolutely horrible. No Bedside manners the medical assistance are rude Physician assistance are rude The only thing good about it is convenient with appointment times. I have never been to a medical office and felt like this within myself I’m so disappointed with this customer service. It is horrible. They should definitely hold a training on customer service.

So frustrated with this Health Care Office. I went. Received a treatment plan. Their coordinator named Dinitra is the most "lack a luster" employee. She always seemed so indifferent and not interested in providing all the info needed regarding the plan. I have had three separate appointments. All three were cancelled on me for one reason or another. After rescheduling my affairs to make sure I'm present, Dinitra called each time to come up with some excuse as to why the appointment needed to be changed. But she always called at the very last days of the appointment time. Then I was told with their new provider, that I must go to another location, because the Dentist was not certified under my insurance. I asked Dinitra if she could locate me another facility that WOULD honor my insurance. At first, she said that I must do this but I had to explain and insist that this office find me another Walmart Health facility that will honor my insurance. Why should this be the patients responsibility? She finally called back saying that another facility should take me. Then I mentioned that with most Dental offices, I am required to do all of my exams again. She guaranteed that she would send my records to other facility so that I pick right up where I left off on the treatment plan. If I find out, this is not the case then I will edit this review to put that in. Nice building. All other staff seems professional and caring. But Dinitra. Ugh! I just cringed whenever I was around her negative, miserable energy! ?

BEWARE: My mother accidentally gave Walmart Health $300. She had no bill. They told her that she would get her money back when they review it, 3 months later. She is a senior citizen that only receives social security. No help from Customer Service. This is a literal emergency.

I recently had an appointment with nurse practitioner Precious Hooks, and I must say that the experience was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Despite having scheduled the appointment weeks in advance, I will say that unfortunately I was a few minutes late, so I called in advance to make them aware of my tardiness and asked about their grace period. I was told that it was okay and that I could still be seen by this provider. Ms. Hooks never came to meet with me or engage in a conversation. Instead, she relied on her assistant to relay messages back and forth, which happened about five times during my visit.The most concerning aspect of the appointment was when Ms. Hooks blatantly refused to provide the service I needed, claiming that it wasn't the appropriate time for the procedure since it is done once every 3 years. (This was my only reason for the visit, and it was noted during scheduling and confirmed the day before my appointment.) I explained to the assistant that I was overdue for this procedure and the severity of my situation, but Ms. Hooks showed no empathy or understanding as she simply relayed the message, "I'm not doing it." This was my first time visiting this provider, and it left a terrible impression.What made matters worse was the overall unprofessionalism and the way certain races were treated in the office. Some of the staff seemed overly familiar, which caused a lack of professionalism. (Example: "Hey Girl"), which made me extremely uncomfortable. Furthermore, I wasn't asked any basic questions about my health, which is concerning when it comes to the quality of care provided.I must acknowledge the front office staff, who were amazing, very helpful, informative, and extremely professional. They were the only highlight of my visit.In the end, I would strongly advise against visiting this facility again or seeking treatment from nurse practitioner Precious Hooks. After canceling my appointment and leaving, I was told, "Don't worry, girl, you will not be charged for today's visit. I also noticed Ms. Hooks sitting at the desk with staff, laughing and gossiping, completely disregarding my experience as I walked out of the door. This lack of professionalism and care further solidified my decision to never return. While I understand that we are all humans and we get tired and overwhelmed, there is no excuse for this level of empathy and unprofessionalism, especially when the care of other people's lives is in your hands.Thank you for your time.

I was told by many others to give them a try because of the good experiences they had. Unfortunately I had quite the opposite. I would of given a 1 star review but the front receptionists were very welcoming and polite. The NP who I saw was not welcoming at all. Her chair side manners needed some major polishing up on! Rude in nature and seem to treat me as some drug seeker. I was there for my blood pressure and not pain meds! Those of you who had a good experience, I’m glad you did. As far as myself ever returning or suggesting to anyone I know to come here, that will not happen.

requested a test for a symptom that I did not complain about. I came for a general check up to see if I had HBP. I obviously do from shown history. Testing to see if I have heart palpitations without verifying if it is covered by my insurance was very careless and have the audacity to keep calling me to come back to the facility. Why so you can complete more careless tests and add more charges to my account that I don't need. No thank you.

Worst doctors visit ever. Kelly is clearly only here for the money. Does not give 2 cares about the patients. Incompetent, selfish, arrogant. Made me feel as if I was bothering them wanting to get a check up. Nurses extremely lazy . I would recommend somewhere else maybe doctors and nurses who have been in the game long enough to understand certain things.

I cracked a tooth on a Friday night. Had emergency visit and temp filling in by 10am the following Monday. Root canal and base filling done the next week. Minimal pain during the procedure. Not pain that evening or the next day. In 2 weeks will have the crown placed. Appointments were on time, staff was friendly, and the medical teams efficient and professional.

The professionalism is out the door at this place! I wouldn’t put my pet bird especially NO HUMAN shouldn’t ever come here! This place is a mess! It’s licenses should be REVOKED

Precious is by far the best Nurse Practitioner I have ever had!!!!! My first time there I was seen by Kelly which I was definitely not pleased with and honestly I was not going to go back but I decided to give it another shot and see someone different…. Best decision ever!!!!! Thank you Precious for your patience, compassion and overall care for me as your patient. Her medical assistant Camilla was also awesome with her over and beyond care. Thank you Walmart Health for your employees and this affordable line of service.
