I don't do much shopping at Walmart, but they had reasonable prices on child car seats. The car seats were on sale, so I was able to get two for my grandkids. This location is always crowded and not that organized, so I had to find what I was looking for, alone. Alot of orders are on sale here, such as tvs and etc, but they were worth it. I may be back soon.

The Health Care clinic scheduled the wrong test, did not have the appropriate personnel to administer the test and then made me wait 40 minutes past the original appointment time to tell me i would need to come back to have the test done. Very unprofessional environment.

Embarrassing, extremely embarrassing.I go out of my way to go to Peachtree City or Lovejoy, I'd go to McDonough before I would set foot in this trash store ever again.These kids want to get paid 15$ an hour at this place? Then you have to step it up. There's no customer service, you have to have it to improve it. I'm willing to be the franchise owner or store manager is just riding out their time until they retire, or Walmart fires them so they can collect unemployment.Rotten food on the racks, some red meat is gray, potatoes are soft, and the aisles are usually trashed. Combine that with the poor upkeep of the store itself, and you have a recipe for disaster. Couple that with several of the entitled half-wits that make up the rules as they feel like, and you'll find a Walmart to stay faaaaaaaar away from.Cherry on top is the shoddy, dark parking lot. If any Walmart needs an overhaul, it's this one. A shame really.

Tire service center Is horrible at customer service. They discriminate against women. I had an issue with my tire and I'm a long time customer with Walmart get all my tires there the Person who helped me said the tire that I had a problem with is a good year and they do not do good year. That is totally not true. Google it. I went with a spare on because my tire was flat. The guy found a nail in the tire put air back in it. Said he checked it and there's no air bubbles coming out. Set me on my way without a new tire or repairing any holes. My TPM light came back on 3 hours later. So I returned to the store they said it was a good year tire and they do not do good year. According to Google and another walmart they have an agreement with Goodyear. So they said in order for the manager to look at the tire I would have to wait behind the 3 customers that had an appointment. No apology etc.

I'm so sick of this Walmart...being a resident in Fayetteville this store is so disappointing, no matter when I have come there has always been a problem....honestly makes black people look bad with how slack this store has become...I can almost compare this store to old national and union city...it's sad. Employees are rude and managers r clearly over it.

Poor quality produce over and over. Consistently fails at grocery delivery. I paid $99 for WalMart plus but deliveries either don't come or having major errors and missing items. No one answers the phone at pick up and delivery.

I took my son to buys some underwear and socks and that's what we did. Cheapest prices in town. Of course, we bought a few snacks for movie night. My apologies...none of these things are pictured.

On 2-21-22, I placed an order for delivery from Walmart.com, after signing up for their trial membership program. The order was to be delivered between 4p-5p. I received an email stating there were 2 substitutions, I declined one and accepted the other. At 4:08p, we were advised that we were missing several items from the order and we should call customer service for an adustment. We didn't receive any of the meats, only condiments in the order. I called customer service, they issued a refund for the missed items and a $25 promo for my inconvenience. On March 4, 2022, I placed an order for pick from the Fayetteville Pavillion location between the hours of 6p-7p using the $25 promo. I arrived at the store for pick-up at 7:03p, I parked in space 1, in a white car. I received a message asking for my feedback on my shopping experience. I went to the door where the shopping assistants normally come from and asked where my order was. The manager said I could come in the store and get it. Nonetheless, I went inside the store and was told my groceries were delivered to a white car in space 5. I was then told by the shopper assistant, it's no big deal, the person who has my groceries were in the store and we just had to wait! At this point I am furious because I just worked 12 hours, I wanted to pick up my groceries and GO HOME! After waiting for nearly 20 minutes a supervisor was called at home, she apologized. I spoke with customer services asked them to cancel my membership immediately, and demanded a refund. They couldn't give one because the groceries were already delivered. 45 minutes into this unprofessional experience the shopper assistant shows up with my groceries he had retrieved from the wrong vehicle! I don't know if its post pandemic or lack of training but there way too many options to be treated like this. Both times I was inconvenienced. The second order had missed items also but I wasn't able to do anything about it. I would like a refund for those items

Employees were straight up rude and now They're getting sued for racial profiling? Hope the man sues the heck out of this stupid store. Maybe that'll get that into their heads on whoever is running this specific Walmart

The worst experience ever.... I work for Target but chose to shop at Walmart. Pick order was supposed to be ready 7-8 I arrived like 7:56 called no answer continued to call no answer. At this point I'm tired I get out and go I'm not only was the team member rude , the leader was too!!!

Sad to say, but the parking lot is very littered and I felt very uncomfortable being in such a junky and deplorable environment. It is very disrespectful to customers for any business to allow enormous amounts of trash to litter their premises. The parking lot usually has lots of cars which means lots of customers doling out their hard earned cash to have a bad experience caused by the retailer. We all know that Walmart Corporation is filthy rich so, clearly, they can afford to maintain their grounds. Such conditions are inexcusable and so I can no longer patronize that location. Until WalMart puts forth the effort to clear out the litter, I hope customers, in protest, will all refuse to support them.

A lot of people not wearing mask not going down the isles correctly and not practicing social distancing And no bother doing anything about it an older black man told me and my mother to just get out of the store if we don't like it ignorance

I'm not sure if this belongs here for Wal-Mart but i was sending money to a relative and the costmer service lady was very helpful she even held a conversation on her understanding how difficult this can be ( life).

Self check out is the very worst thing the big box stores ever came up with. They make you an employee who is not trusted. You scan, bag and pay for your own merchandise and then you get a suspicious look from the only person working. At 9pm at night with at least 150 people in the store you have one cashier and the damn self check out. I CALL B******* !! I also believe that SAM WALTON WOULD CALL B******* on your terrible customer service.
