Bought a new phone. My number was changed over. But nothing else. Had to go back twice to get most of my stuff switched over. 25% still on my old phone not on my new one. I called all day and let it ring till the answering machine. No answer. Left 4 messages. No returned phone calls. But they were nice employees.

Came in to get an upgrade on my phone plan. Was told I would only have to pay the taxes of the phone. The lady then starts giving me a box charger, screen protector, and phone case. She said it was included with the phone. She told me the price and I thought $360 is crazy taxes for a phone but I guess it’s bc it’s the newest Iphone version. I get the receipt after leaving and realize the phone case, charger box, and screen protector with the taxes was $360. I was ticked realizing I paid for all this extra stuff I didn’t even want and calculated it up and discovered I was only supposed to pay $106 for taxes but the lady added all this extra stuff that I could’ve gotten at Walmart for half the price without informing me that they were not apart of the taxes this was just stuff she was adding to my bill. Never going back to this Verizon again. They scam you.

Aaliyah J is a fraud! And she’s an employee at this store. She needs to be fired immediately. She opened up a service in my name without my authorization or approval. She took advantage of my parent and she knew what she was doing. I hope management fires her because it’s no telling how many other people she has done this too. I called and confronted her and she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. Im extremely disappointed. I’ve been a Verizon customer for too long for this to happen.

The people that work at this store are very rude, and they don’t try to help you at all! Their solution to everything is..”Call Customer Service” I was ridiculed, and they would whisper, and then giggle! Even, one of the guys called me later, and wanted to get together! I was overcharged more than once! I have never seen such bad customer service in all of my life! Other people have complained about them to me as well! Whenever I walked in, they did not speak or acknowledged me, but another race would walk in, and they would say hi, ! I’m not racist at all, but they appeared to be! I won’t ever walk in there again! I will go out of town to find a real Verizon store, where they have employees that treat you right, and are glad to help

Melissa was so helpful and pleasant to deal with, and she also saved us a lot of money on our cell phone plan! She deserves a raise for sure :)

The associate was irritated that I wanted my issue looked into as " nothing I can do if it's not currently happening" , although I said it was an intermittent issue that happened more at night. Luckily another store helped me.
