Went to have a chipped manicure fixed on my left ring finger. It should have been a simple and painless experience. However Evan, the nail tech was obviously irritated. I was concerned about making sure that the colors matched. But the powder he used was not the same as what was used previously. It didn't even share a similar looking jar. I am a good customer who is polite and who tips well. But I was made to feel like a criminal for just wanting something that should have been easy! I left the nail salon feeling humiliated. I will be going elsewhere for the future.
