“I am truly sorry you feel that way about your donations that day but the priority is always the customers and when they pull up with a trailer load as much as they had it was alot for that time of the day..there were other customers also donating that day. The employees didn't know what to take and not to take because the customers were going thru bit by bit on what to keep and what to donate. So again I am sorry hope you visit Brother Charlies.”
