I use the car wash weekly. Often the employees make you wait because they are on their phones talking and texting or have their arms propped up on the doors talking to the people inside. I realize they are teenagers but this is happens often.

I carried my father’s truck to get cleaned. I had no idea the front grill piece was lifting, I did notice the guy brushing the truck stopped and grabbed a roll of tape but never mentioned to me anything was wrong. I have driven this truck but never knew anything was loose on it. As I proceeded to drive around to vacuum out the truck I noticed the grill piece was missing. I walked up to where the red headed teen gentleman was standing earlier as I see him walking back with a black piece, my grill. I apologized as I did not know it was loose and the gentlemen just brushed me off like he didn’t have time. I asked if he seen a silver chrome piece and acted as if he didn’t have the time. I insisted and he went back and looked as if it wasn’t his job to help me. Anyway, he found the chrome piece and I again apologized. I would never have thought to act so rude to a customer who truly didn’t know the piece was loose. Normally I wouldn’t let it get under my skin but it’s my father’s truck and he recently passed away and the truck means a lot to me and my family, so if you hate your job just quit or don’t show up! No need in acting like customer service isn’t a priority! I would like to to say the young lady at the kiosk was great!! She was kind and helpful and greeted each customer with a smile and good afternoon!

Enjoyed my weekly car wash today, loving the new updates with the vaccums. Got to see my favoite employee Jaelyn, she is so nice & i love how she gets to know her customers & greets them by name. Wonderful customer service <3 <3 <3

Everything was wonderful at this location, i love the new updates with the equipment. Also the young lady who helped me out today had amazing customer service, & was very eager to answer any questions i had. Her name is Jaelyn! Very valuable employee! Keep up the good work :)

I enjoy going to tidal wave. I get alot of compliments on my 2012 truck. I want to mention Jaelyn Evans. She makes my day every time I go! Very good employee. They are lucky to have her! She gets 5 stars too!
