I made the call and spoke to Cliff about getting a 2022 Big Tex 22GN 35+5MR. He was extremely knowledgeable and made everything go smoothly. Driving the 2810 miles each way to pick it up next week from Oregon. Pricing was reasonable and can pick up a load on the return trip.

Wrote them through their website inquiring about getting an enclosed trailer and called during business hours (not a holiday)(with no answer or call back). Fought hard to leave a lower star review. Decided it didn’t merit that. Reckon I’ll take my business somewhere else. Disappointing because their prices seemed really good online. Will gladly pay extra to support a business who takes the time to respond to customer requests.

Cliff was very knowledgeable and friendly. He answered all questions we had and made sure we knew what we were getting. It was a great shopping experience and we will definitely go back there for future purchases.
