Some staff can be unfriendly, and the constant moving of items around the store is frustrating. Parking close to the store is limited. Overall, it helps people save money and is a convenient place for many.

I went to buy patio furniture and they have samples on high shelves instead of having them where someone can sit in it to see if its comfortable. I personally don't want to buy a $300 chair I haven't sat in.
