Overall this store is okay. I mean some of the employees are friendly and for the most part it's pretty stocked, but today when I went there, there was a long line with at least 20 people in it. It's a holiday. When I asked why management won't have two cashiers here to the cashier, she got defensive by saying, "Management? I am management. I can handle this store until my employee gets here. I can't control it when someone's card doesn't work." Right, but you can control having two registers open by using the self check out machine by an employee since they shut that one down due to theft. (I'm which I held to myself) Honestly I felt really bad for her. Management is supposed to have enough workers there so that they can manage and not be working so hard. It saddens me that a company who makes so much money won't hire enough help to serve the customers. I understand that she's doing the best she can, but the sass and frustration she spewed was definitely tasteless. I was very kind and even told her thank you for your service and sorry your employee is late. Then yet again, she got defensive and was like " Oh she's on time I can handle this." Again made me feel a little uncomfortable even when I tried soothing her defensiveness. Like darn, if you can't work with customers and control your emotions, then maybe you shouldn't be managing a PUBLIC store that should offer friendly service.
Also I'm so tired of paying 50$ here Everytime I go when I'm literally buying tuna and chicken noodle and a few cat treats ? please could you be more fair with your prices???? Stop gauging us. We r dying over here.

I come to this Dollar General often, bc it’s close to our home. But I may start finding somewhere else to go. Incredibly rude service. There is one lady who is always nice. She has glasses, I’m not sure of her name but I may start only coming in if she’s working. The rest of them need some lessons in customer service. Like when you’re checking someone out, don’t walk away and start laughing and cutting up with someone. And then when I ask if I’m finished you rudely say, “Yea… you good..” If you’re unhappy with your job, do everyone a favor and find a new one. Do better!

I was in there the Friday before Easter.This DG is 3 miles from my house. I was in there all the time.I got all of my cleaning supplies here and so, so much more. They're not any cheaper, just convenient for me.Anyways, I was here the Friday before Easter. I was able to walk into the store and then proceed to lollygag for about 10 to 15 minutes through the entire store.All of a sudden, the cashier, a cashier who has waited on me before, numerous times, told me she needed my purse to put behind the counter. It was store policy!!I have been in this store 3 or 4 times a week since it's opening and sometimes multiple times a day. This particular cashier has waited on me! More than once! We've had conversations!!There is nothing special about me that would make them think they need my purse. I have carried the same purse for 2 years now.1) Why was I allowed in the store in the first place if my purse was so important?2) Why was I allowed to walk around for for 10 to 15 minutes before she tried to take my purse?3) Who in their right mind is handing their purse over to anyone, much less a DG cashier?4) This store used to be awesome until Matthew transferred to another store. Now it's run like a circus but the tent is in fire and the animals are stampeding.Needless to say, I dumped my little yellow hand cart right there and walked out.This place SUCKS!

This store is nasty. You can guarantee their parking lot will be covered with trash. Courtesy Checks are never done! The milk section is splattered with dried milk runs...... I have been taking note of these two things, it has not been cleaned in months. Check it out the next time you enter this location!

This store is a great addition to the area, for those that work at SNF, however, there is a store manager there that has numerous times closed the store down for no apparent reason during peak hours. Having a store closed during peak hours seems to be a bad business practice, especially when it says the store is open. When called, the man gave no reason for the store being closed and hung up.

Worst stocked store around. It's very convenient to my home but I purposely pass by to go to the further store in midway. And now they are not even accepting any cash because their safe supposedly is broken. Ridiculous!

Listen, I’ve been coming to this dg when it first opened up and I can honestly say that they have the BEST customer service ever! Especially Melonie & Deajiáh! They are AWESOME! They helped me out tremendously today loading my cash app! Which surprisingly I didn’t know that I could do that at dg ? !!!

The store is usually stocked but lately the stuff i been going for has been selling like crazy and haven't had the time to go but lately the stuff that one of the workers told me that were suppose to come in yesterday didn't come in when it was suppose and another worker said they don't have control of what or when stuff comes in
