I've been going to Flintstone Ace Hardware for years and the customer service is always exceptional, but today it blew me away so much that I had to let the world know.
I was in a hurry trying to get a key made and find a really hard-to-find piece of hardwware to repair my son's football helmet.
So one associate started making the key for me, while another went to find the hardware part I needed. The screw bracket didnt quite fit, so they took it to the back to hand grind it so it would work. Meanwhile a third associate helped me find a color band to go over the new key. And when I got to the cashier, she had already started ringing up the items!
I had a team of four people literally simultaneously waiting on me hand and foot helping me with my repair project and collecting the items I needed. Talk about fast service, friendly service, and service that goes beyond all expectations.
Flintstone Ace Hardware is like no other when it comes to customer service.

It's as if the customers are all 5 year olds who need to be accompanied by an adult.. regardless of you "know" what your looking for and "know" exactly where it is....smh..no other Ace has this demeanor that I shop at, for exams the Ace on signal, great people, great service and they don't feel the need to treat customers as if they need to be parade around the store with an employee at all times

I go here all the time. everyone that works there is professional and respectful! They are very helpful with all projects. They know where everything is. they have great prices on our plans and everything else in the store an can't wait to go back!
