AT&T stores are a joke. Everything
Has to be done over the phone. What's the point of a store if they don't help. Also the store was very dirty and smelt like weed

Don’t buy the “lifetime” screen protector. They stop making them after your phone is a couple generations old and then shrug their shoulders at you. Buy Zagg or some other brand, not AT&T.

If I could give this Store 10 stars, Ivan and Phoenix are the best AT&T employees I’ve ever had a chance to work with. They were very knowledgeable and treated me with respect, unlike other stores that wants to just throw me out to the river and expect me to swim the truth is I can’t swim very well and these two gentlemen have helped me out a lot thank you.
