I placed my order on Monday and took 2hrs. Phone was supposed to show up today. I started searching for my order. Their was problems with it no one emailed or phone to say their was a problem . So I got no phone tried to end a contract with another company before billing. Now to late. And again poor customer service and no phone.

My husband and I traded our phones and changed our cell service to AT&T. Anita was so helpful and knowledgeable. With changing from Android to Apple phones, she patiently answered all our questions and spent time to help with locating features and differences on our new phones.

I really want to speak highly about Steven at the Oakwood store. He was extremely helpful, knew what he was talking about, and was very patient with all of the changes I was making. I had gone to two other stores prior to making my way to the Oakwood store and Steven was the first person to actually help me with what I needed done. From here on out I'll continue to drive the hour to go there. Thanks again!

I would like to share what a wonderful experience my family had at this store. Stephen G., the store manager, was so knowledgeable, patient, and kind to us and other customers in the store. He is an asset to AT&T, and we are lucky to have him at our local store.

Rich was so awesome! Went to trade my phone in and upgrade. He was so patient and made sure everything was working properly. He even stay 30 minutes after they closed to make sure to backup went through properly on my new phone. Great experience. Thanks Rich!!

I purchase the new Fold 4 at AT&T on Winder Hwy and didn't want to give me the case and pin that was advertised with it. Apparently it's out of stock. Usually AT&T will accommodate their customers for some reason that wasn't the case this time. The case and pin that was advertised was of stock and they didn't want to give me the case and pin that was in store. So I returned the phone. The AT&T store in Gainesville Ga was more helpful and advertised better!!!

The att store in Oakwood is the best store around hands down the people working there are outstanding and I will drive the extra 5 miles to go there before I go back to the store in flowery branch

I had a pretty decent experience when I went to this store the first time. But I recently went back cause one of my EarPods stop working which not there fault or minds. The have the worst customer service skills gave the worst effort in helping me. All I need was a copy of my receipt for proof of purchase of my EarPods. They didn’t get me a receipt and said there system doesn’t go back that far. Showed them my banks statement showing I bought AirPods from there store. They said they couldn’t help me and I’m stuck.So basically they sold me some AirPods that customer bought February 11 2020 and they return them. I went to apple to get warranty replacement and they can’t replace them cause this AT&T store sold me some AirPods that they sold already. The won’t honor my bank statement they can’t retain a copy of my receipt cause there system does go back that far. So I’m stuck and still tryn to figure this out. I wouldn’t recommend this store at all. Never go to authorize dealer if it’s not corporate store don’t go.Moral of store is only go to AT&T corporate store.

I changed to AT&T not knowing if I was doing the right thing since I have had problems before with internet customer service. After talking with Nadia, I knew I had made the right decision. She explained everything in simple terms since I am not that savvy on this stuff. She was a God sent and made this a most enjoyable experience. I got home and got a text that something about a port needed correcting with my old provider. I had no idea what was being said. I went back to the store and Justin got on the phone and had the problem fixed in no time even with some glitches from the old provider. These two are true professionals and I would recommend this store to anyone.
