I went into this AT&T store to upgrade my phone, and unfortunately, my experience was very frustrating. The representative, Joshua, never asked me what color I wanted for my new phone and just picked one for me without letting me know. I didn’t even notice until I got home. Because of this mistake, I had to go back not once, but THREE times to get everything sorted out.
The only positive part of my experience was Micheal he was extremely helpful and took the time to actually assist me and make things right. Thank you to him for providing great customer service.
I hope this feedback helps improve how customers are treated in the future.

Maria was so knowledgeable, patient and kind during my entire visit. I switched cell phone carriers from Verizon to AT&T and added home internet as a bundle. Josh, also an employee, was helpful and kind during the visit. It was an overall great experience, and I would highly recommend both of these employees to anyone needing AT&T's services.

I was in need of some issues with my cell phone. After work, I went to the At&T store in flowery brunch, ga.I was welcome, very nice, and one of the employers asked me how he could help. So, after all explanations, he starts working on my cell phone. I got some viruses in the cell phone. After 15 minutes, he cleans everything. I am so grateful for his help. HIS NAME IS CALEB. Thank you so much for your excellent service. Thank you Caleb you made my day!

AT&T is the worst customer service experience ever they did not explain in detail the cost of a plan change once we went back to discuss it. A different AT&T employee told us something totally different and it’s going to cost us more. Also, we bought two international lines to use in Europe. It cost $120 and they did not work when we got there so I had to pay $12 a day to use my phone. We are looking for a new phone carriers to take our business too. I’ve been with AT&T for 25 years. I’ve had enough of their poor customer service and they’re not telling the whole truth.

My review via text was misinterpreted so here is my precise review.
Caleb at the Flowery Branch store was outstanding from start to finish! I needed a new prepaid phone which I wasn't able to purchase online and he took care of the matter. Customer service is very big with me and Caleb was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Caleb and please disregard the rating via text. My apologies.

Manager Michael there is not helpful at all or has any customer service. We went to upgrade 2 lines and there was an error with the phone given on one and he had to override and undo the transaction he refused so we had to pay a restock fee. When I called they said he had the ability to do it then in store especially because we had not left the store or anything. Now we had to return an old phone to get credit for the upgrade and we arrived at 6:05pm doors where locked with no sign of store closing early. He wasn’t even nice enough to say what can we help with and explain they couldn’t do it. So I stood there till he had to let a customer out and at which he said no like always.

Great people who were kind enough to explain things to me even if there was no profit in the store. I will make my next purchase here!!

I had a rough time the last couple of weeks with my cell. Lost my phone last Wednesday evening. Reported it and Assurian gave me the “it’s approved” & goes out next day and then proceeded to attempt to sell me a bunch of product. I never got that phone they “sent me.” Reported to AT&T, the office of the president called me personally on my friends cell. He was so considerate, professional and mostly- helpful. Tom, you were so calm and patient during my panic. Being a hospice nurse/director, I’m responsible for (within the hour usually) getting to patients & asssiting my nurses & team immediately- impossible without a cell in 2025. Tom, jumped to helping and getting my phone to me. I had to go back to AT&T in flowery branch (preferred store due to the hospitality, the one over in Gainesville was not so good or helpful. I am pointing out another positive at flowery branch, Joshua Curtis, jumped to help when I needed it activated- another complication of not having a device to transfer from, you have to get a QR code or activate in store. Joshua greeted me immediately while 4 other men stiff across the store, watched me walk in, did not offer to help, never spoke to me and carried on and on personal chitchat- all att employees and not one hello or anything. Joshua, the other two Joshua and Caleb from my previous review and Tom from the office of the president are amazing reps of what customers service used to be and lacks in most areas now. Thank you, to the 3 of you in the fl branch store and to you, Tom. AT&T, the other employees could learn a lot from these fellas above, they made this nurses stressful situation so much more tolerable and gave me resolution when they could and I appreciate them a lot. As a nurse, it’s so hard, the world wants instant gratification and I get it’s tough- it weighs on me every single day. I also get that there are people who need help, if I chose to make them feel that they don’t matter, imagine how sad their last days of life would be. Consider using the situation as a learning tool on how to help customers not just resolve issues, but to feel noticed and valuable. Long time customer, only lost phone ever, really bad situation and stressful but you did what you could to decrease the discomfort at the end- similar to what hospice nurses do daily for our patients. ***all in all, all worked out. Thank you, tired hospice nurse. ❤️

Connor went above and beyond for us! He helped us set up a new phone, add a line to our service AND find a better plan that saves us $20 per month on our service! We feel so lucky to have the best AT&T store right down the street from our house.

Kyan was the best ATT representative I've ever worked with. Typically it takes hours in the store to get anything done but he was quick, efficient, and knew what he was talking about. If you come to this store ask for him!

Never go here for a phone upgrade or new service.(Sold us a phone that was stolen) My daughter upgraded her phone on Saturday & as soon as she got home the service was suspended & blocked. She went straight back to the store the same day & they got the service back on & told her if it happened again that she would have to contact customer service. Long story short I had to call customer service everyday to get the service restored to find out on Tuesday when I had to call again to get the service restored that the "new phone" they sold her on Saturday was in their system as a stolen phone. The store manager at this location wanted us to pay the taxes to get a new phone & would try to get the restocking fee of $55 credited all because we need the phone replaced since it is listed as stolen. Basically saying its our fault that they sold us a stolen phone - WE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO PAY ANYTHING TO GET A NEW PHONE TO REPLACE THE STOLEN ONE THAT THE STORE SOLD US! I am still trying to get the phone replaced without having to pay anything as we should not have to wait for a refund on something that is THEIR FAULT not mine.
