These wrost bank branch i have ever seen in my life .they dont know nothing about anything bonus offer or any knowledge they just sitting there and doing nothing.u have to wait until there goosipe finish then they take u and after that they behave like they dont care for any customer. They have reastroom but customer cant use that what the hell .pooooor service and manager aslo have the same attitude.

Disappointed! I went to chase bank on spouts springs road Ga,on a Saturday checked the closing time before I went there, I accept that I got there about 10 min before closing due to really bad traffic. I went to the drive up window which I always use. The red light that tells you it’s closed was NOT on. I rang the bell and nothing a rang it a couple of times more and nothing. At 2pm this lady walks up and tells me they are closed…. After 10 mins waiting for them. I told her but online it says y’all closed at 2pm, and she proceeds to tell me that drive up closes at 12pm. I stated it doesn’t tell you that online… When I passes the entrance there well e still customers going in and out of the lobby. I asked her but you still have customers in there which responds yes but we already closed the door. So it took them 10 mins to come and tell me this which in that time I could of gone in the lobby but besides this I think just for courtesy of waiting for 10 mins and then still having customers in the lobby they could just taken my payment which cannot be done through the ATM, but they waited until it was 2pm for someone to come and tell me it was 2pm and they were closed, which at that point it was closed according to there sign.

They do not answer their phones, no matter which link you select or how many times you call them. Chase is a good bank, this branch has terrible customer service.

Costumer service is really bad, I was sitting there for sometime I was the one that approached the person passing by. I had to greet her instead signs of no skills to a clients or costumer service, with vague excuse that left me really thinking closing my account,
I had to go another Branch just for a simple request it took me less than 15 minutes to be done what I need to do.
Left me wondering if I should go back,

Not a customer here, just someone who needs to get service here for family members' accounts. I truly wish there was another location close by. Customers' service can be improved.

I absolutely LOVE this Chase Branch. It's quick . I'm in & out in minutes. There is hardly ever a line. And The tellers are fantastic! They are very helpful and courteous. Marjorie totally made my day today!

Another Customer Lost Due to Terrible Customer Service.
I needed a Medallion Signature for a document regarding my Mother's Estate which can only be obtained thru a bank. I had been banking with Chase Bank for over 12 Years so I headed to the Chase Branch in Flowery Branch to Obtain the Medallion Signature. Met with the Branch Manager, I think her name is Lisa, and she informed me that since My Mothers Estate is not associated with Chase Bank, she could not give me the Medallion Signature. I informed her that I was a Chase Customer and both my Brothers had obtained the Medallion Signatures thru their Banks, though the Estate was not associated with either of those Banks. Since she still refused to give me the Medallion Signature, I informed her that I would have to open an Account at another Bank and transfer all my money and Business to that Bank. The bank manager didn't seem to care one way or the other if I left Chase Bank. I left and since one of my brothers banks with Truist where he obtained his Medallion Signature, I opened an Account there and got the Medallion Signature I needed. Transferred my Money and Investments to Truist Bank and now I am in the process of closing all my Accounts at Chase.

I tried to withdraw ~12k to purchase a car at an auction. The bank would not give me that much cash despite it not even being half of what was in my account at the time. They sent me to Johns Creek to get the cash at another Chase location while they cashed $4k checks for other people at the counter while I waited for the manager to "make phone calls". Not sure who she was trying to contact but I ended up going to several branches, withdrew everything and closed my account. Never had this problem with Sun Trust, I could run my business and get cash out and deposit it without anyone batting an eyelash. At Chase if you want more than I guess $1200 then they need to make phone calls and have you wait for an hour.

The slowest ATM machines on the planet! This location still has the old system that takes forever to perform a transaction. Forget about the drive-through ATMs. A brand of such a powerful and rich bank and yet can not afford to upgrade the ATM machines!
