Tried to have a prescription transfered to a closer location 3 times. Each time information was taken and was told it would be taken care of. None of which was done. The latest call I spoke with a lead pharmacist who was extremely sarcastic and told me it was basically my fault. Not sure how when the others took info. He basically covered for them. This is a daily med and not taking it after a week of nonsense is damaging and unacceptable. I thought the 30 minute wait to receive an already filled prescription was bad but this total unprofessional location seals it with CVS and I. Never again.

I have not had a single bad experience at this store. It is always clean and every employee I have encountered has been super friendly. Not to mention we haven’t run into any issues with items being out of stock, even when they are sale items.

I dropped my prescriptions off to be filled. I went back to get them. I notified them I had no insurance but I did have Single care to help. For 3 prescriptions that should have less than $50 they charged me $114. They never told me they don't accept Single care. They never offered any other discount prescription card of the many available! Then because I asked for assistance in a refund or some reimbursement I was denied! Thanks for screwing the people that make your paycheck! I will not ever use you crooks again! If I can help it I will cost you money like you have costed me! JERKS!!!!!!!!Below you will see the like from Single care on what two of those prescriptions were supposed to cost! How convenient I was charge almost twice as much! Guess they will be next to lose a lawsuit for overcharging people on prescription drugs.

This CVS is absolutely horrendous! They've made at least 5 mistakes with prescriptions over the last 6 months. The staff is rude and they refuse to make right mistakes they themselves have admitted they made. Three times we've had prescriptions underfilled. Twice we have been charged incorrectly because they didn't run the insurance correctly. BEWARE: fill prescriptions at your own risk. We are pulling every prescription in our family which will amount to $1000's of dollars for this store every year, but they won't refund money in that is less than a $100. All this store cares about is there bottom line. Make no mistake and don't get any prescriptions filled here!

Beverly is a caring pharmacist. She took the time to listen to me concerning my medication and I hope that CVS sees her worth! The wait wasn’t long at all and the cashier at the pharmacy was nice also. The pharmacy has a lot of medicines to fill and to do so correctly so please cut them some slack people. The man who appears to be running the pharmacy at this location moves slower than molasses and treated my prescription like it was his last priority. Mind you, no other customers were there.

Horrible service. Waited 15 min at the drive thru before anyone acknowledged us. We were told wait some more and 32 min later still nothing. Three women inside talking to each other and not sure what they were doing but they were not moving much. I am so glad I go to Walgreens. I will NEVER use a CVS. Get your people train on some customer service skills. We all have a busy life and do not deserve to get treat it this way.

The manager ran out and stop me and accuse me of stealing something since I told the manager to cancel the self check out order. I ended up paying at the cashier since no one came to help me at the self checkout. The manager is Racial profiling.

The Pharmacy is slow an rudeness. An they have no hurry in the world to feel prescription that you really need. I put my refills in a week before I need them an they still not all ready.

I stopped by to copy a picture for a friend's Birthday ? next month. And then I decided to use my T-Mobile code for 10 4x6 free pictures. Bradley was so friendly and helpful. I will be back for sure. Keep up the great work and helping everyone! Glad to see young people that a friendly, helpful, and patient with you. Rarely see that today at other establishments. But Bradley is a keeper ?????!!

I have complained about this pharmacy in the past - refusal to run GoodRX and point blank telling me it was too much trouble and she didn’t have time????BUT today I had the exact opposite experience. It was a tech I have known and because my prescription was high she ran it on GoodRX (without being asked) and saved me $50 which in today’s economy is so important! Thank you for caring!

The pharmacist entered the wrong member ID to get my price on my perscription that I always get. I told him to check it with my phone handling to him and he still insisted that everything is the correct.My provider had to call him to double check on the member ID and figured it out that he did it incorrectly. Just waisting my time since it's on his lunch break. This pharmacist guy isn't helpful at all.
