This CVS pharmacy completely failed me on Sunday, July 20th. I came in to get my prescribed anxiety medication — something I medically rely on. I told the pharmacist I was on the verge of going to the hospital if I couldn’t get it filled. Her response?
She looked at me and said, “Do what you gotta do.”
That shook me. I even begged her I asked, “Can you at least give me my dose for tonight so I don’t have to go to the ER?” She didn’t care. She told me she left me a voicemail, but I checked there was no voicemail, no missed call, nothing. Just coldness and dismissal.
This wasn’t a misunderstanding. It was medical negligence and cruelty. For someone already struggling with anxiety, this made everything worse. She could’ve helped. She chose not to.
If someone ends up hurt because of how this CVS handles mental health medications, it’s on them. I truly hope corporate investigates this. That pharmacist should not be in a position of power over vulnerable people.

I’m extremely disappointed with the treatment my fiancé received at this CVS location time and time again. After being prescribed a medication he has been taking for over 10 years, the pharmacy staff refuses to fill it despite having a valid, legal prescription from a licensed physician. To make matters worse, the pharmacist told him he should “just go to the hospital instead,” which is completely inappropriate and out of line.
Pharmacists are not doctors, and while they play an important role in healthcare, it is not their job to question or override a legitimate prescription—especially one that has been consistently filled for a decade. Denying necessary medication based on personal judgment or assumptions can be both unethical and potentially illegal.
This situation caused undue stress and could have had serious health consequences. I sincerely hope CVS addresses how their pharmacists are handling these situations and makes sure their staff are trained to respect medical professionals, and especially their patients.

The worst CVS i have ever been to. Ive put up with a lot from this location because of its convenience to home but I am done. Waited a hour for something to be filled for them to say oh it isnt in stock. My daughter is sick and cannot wait on this. Stay away from this location. This is one of many examples of terrible customer service. Walgreens on spout springs is much better.

Unfortunately I would not recommend this location to anyone who wishes to have consistent, reliable, or even kind service. They have on numerous occasions delivered poor service to my entire family. If you use them, expect there to be an issue with your medication, and if you use their “drive through” expect them to ask you to come inside or loop around multiple times. They also deliver poor service if you mention GoodRx. I will be happy once this location is taken over by a more competent company.

If I could give no stars , I would. Just called to ask a question and the lady who answered just thought it was so damn funny I asked a question. About my coupon for the eye check kiosk that some cvs have. FYI you better be glad I don’t know who you are and you don’t know me but I will find out! And tell your manager! Since you think everything is funny.

Prices for the same drug change every time I buy it. I’ve been buying the same drug for almost a year. For Two orders of the drug the price is $60+ but now that I only want one the order it is $40!!!! I ask and no one knows why!! It’s always a fiasco there, no one appearing to know what’s going on, the manager flustered

I went to collect medicine from the store located at 7395 Spout Springs Rd., Flowery Branch, GA 30542.
To elaborate:
I was initially in line to pick up the medication for my wife. The medicine was still being processed, so Poonam Patel directed me to speak with Ken. When I approached him, he informed me that the medicine wasn’t ready and asked me to wait for half an hour. Upon returning to his desk, I asked to collect the medicine, but he reacted angrily, slamming his hand on the desk and making an obscene gesture. He shouted, “Go to the pickup line; can’t you see this is the vaccine and help desk?” I calmly reminded him that he had asked me to return to his desk.
He then began speaking in a language I didn’t understand, so to defuse the situation, I decided to pick up the medicine through the drive-thru line instead. Ken was very disrespectful and gave me a rude gesture, attempting to show me the middle finger.
Wearing a white apron may make you a pharmacist, but it doesn’t grant you the right to act inhumanely. I will never return to this CVS pharmacy and putting a honest review on Google to warn others, especially those who may face similar discrimination.

First time in this particular store. Found it to be very clean. I purchased several items; everything was in stock with quite a variety of a few item to select from. Checkout was a bit slow; but it’s that way everywhere these days. Hard to find enough people who want to work.

Drive thru is often very slow. Unfortunately I have a spouse with dementia so drive thru is preferred.
