When I arrived at the store there was no cashier at the registere.
After waiting a few minutes I looked down all the isles and did not see anyone and there was not a bell at the counter to alert employees.
I began to call out several times for assistance with no response.
Long story short, cashier finally appeared.
I asked her did she hear me calling for assistance and she did not answer.
She was extremely rude discourtious and very unprofessional. I asked her name another question with a blank stare.
I noticed her name tag near her waist Rayah, with the red hair....
Strongly recommend that this be addressed ASAP. Hopefully this is not how you train your employees to assist customers đ

Iâm heartbroken by the treatment I received at this Dollar General location. I sent my husband to return a few items I had purchased the day before my daughterâs funeralâan incredibly painful time for our family. The products had been delivered via DoorDash, but two of them were incorrect, so we decided to return them before the expiration date.
The cashier refunded two items, but refused to return the two hair gels, falsely claiming they were used. They were NOT used both arrived with the tamper seals folded in, exactly as we received them. I tried to explain this, but the cashier wouldnât listen.
Then a manager walked over and immediately dismissed me, not even letting me explain. She claimed the products were used and refused the return. I asked for both her name and the cashierâs, and they both refused to identify themselves which is unacceptable and unprofessional.
To make matters worse, the manager told me, âWe donât return DoorDash items anywayâ after the cashier had already returned two. They then walked off, completely ignoring me, leaving me shocked and humiliated.
To be treated with such disrespect and accused of dishonesty during one of the darkest moments of my life is something I wonât forget. This was hands down the worst customer service experience Iâve ever had. I expected basic empathy and fairness, not arrogance, rudeness, and false accusations.
Do better, Dollar General. No customer should ever be treated this way especially not while grieving.

This store is scamming people with false advertising. There is an ad for 3 for $12 mountain dew and i bought $1 spons the total t came out to be over $18 so not as advertised. I asked her to suspend it call a manager and take the lady behind me while we wait. I don't know her name so I will use her description. The hefty lady working the register said with an attitude we can't control the ads so calling a manager will do you no good. I responded then keep itif you think you can charge whatever price you want. She refused to call me a manager so I looked for another employee to get me the manager and the store had no other employees so I left. Don't go here they charge whatever price they feel. So you know the employee who refused to serve me since I don't know her name i was there December 15th around 1:30 pm there is only 1 cashier at that time much less with that description

Older lady cashier was ridiculously rude. Next time I walk in and she's there, I'll turn around and leave. She shouldn't be there with that level of customer service. Upset because someone in front of us asked for a refund.

Can't really expect much from dollar general to begin with but the service here is way below average. There's been times when I've walked around the entire store looking for someone to check me out stock is all over the floor making it hard to walk through. There is one employee here that's always been really nice but unfortunately I never got her name to give her credit.

This place is dangerous! Stock all in the floor, containers with boxes blocking isles. Boxes stacked above your head. Couldn't get to the product I came there to buy. Osha will be my next call.

Stopped by today with my mom looking for melatonin! They have the gummy and fast melts that are pure melatonin. I can't take the melatonin with herbs in it. Since I'm taking rejection meds for my kidney transplant. They are sure how it will mess with my system and meds. Glad I found some melatonin that will help me get some good sleep. And they are reasonably priced as well. Will be back.

We would frequent this store as a family. Unfortunately (maybe their staffing is down?), the 2 times we stopped by this week it was closed during normal hours. The first time their was a sign on the door, but tonight it seemed they were selective as to who could enter as the employee locked the customers in and out by latching the door and only allowing people to leave at his will. Employee wouldn't even make eye contact or say they were closed.

Me and my family used to sho here all the time until my kids was getting a toy and decided they didn't want it so they out it on a diffy shelf and a employee cane around the corner and saw it and called them brats we ended up walking out than yesterday my daughter was watching a employee she's 5 mind u and the employee asked her rudely y r u staring at me like that made her very sad n we walked out again I will not go back to this place again
