HORRIBLE!!!!! 4026 Winder Hwy Flowery Branch Ga. This store is so BAD. My small basket of items was slammed upside down on the counter and my checkout person “Angel” was the rudest person i have ever dealt with in my history of customer service. She waved my receipt at me like she was annoyed i was bothering her. i will never step foot in that store again. Not to mention the lack of items in the shelves. Dollar Tree get your employees trained on customer service. AZ stores are 100 times better and take pride in their customer service. Sad to know that this “cashier” can get away with her treatment of customers and not have to answer for her rude childish behavior.

Shelves not stocked! I came for several items and had zero..I'll be visiting another dollar tree tomorrow..Customer service not so friendly. Maybe training in buford would help you out.

I love coming to dollar tree. Whether its my candy or cosmetics it's always in stock. The staff is friendly and helpful especially the manager. The business is clean and inviting.

We went to the dollar tree today and they had trash in the can outside that looks like it hasn’t been empty in a week and you can’t hardly buy anything because all the merchandise is on buggies not put out just poor management

I was appalled when the MANAGER wasn’t willing to help a customer with balloons. I approached a worker (the manager) stocking to ask for help blowing up balloons since there was only one register open and didn’t want to cause a hold up. The cashier then says I’d have to ask that same woman for help getting my balloons! When the cashier asked for help with my balloons she said “you’ll have to call rose from the back”. This took 5 minutes to blow up 3 balloons! The manager was more capable of doing this versus the employee she instructed to do so when the manager was 10 feet from us and figured “that’s not my job”. Poor management, rude staff and cluttered/dirty store.

Store needs a little bit of attention - has a musty smell and needs to be organized with all the boxes around but staff is always friendly and helpful
