Deedee was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. I called the facility while sitting at another tire shop and she was able to work me in and get me taken care of. Walk in. The entire process was quick and easy. She also set up an account do I didn’t have to pay immediately out of pocket for the services I needed that day. I appreciate her for being thorough and providing me excellent customer service before and during.

Showed up to Firestone after visiting two other places that were either not trained or did not have the "equipment" to help replace a battery. Went to Firestone and William and his guys helped me out immediately. Great staff and great customer service. By the time I had finished paying my car was ready to go and I was out the door, which was about 15 minutes. This was a Sunday right after closing hours. Thank you to Firestone, Williams and his employees for taking care of me when they could have sent me home.

I went to have a minor repair done to my tire for a valve stem leak on my 1963 Cadillac. The damage was fixed quickly and with great customer service. I would recommend others visit this location.

I’ve always gone to a Firestone for my oil changes. I have a car that requires Euro oil and 7-10k mile oil changes. The last time i got my oil change they reset the oil change light to 5k so I went back to get it checked. Deedee, the store manager was there and explained that it should be 7k miles and noticed an associate accidentally put 5k. I retuned when it was actually time for my oil change and requested that my oil change light be reset at 7k instead of 5k. One of the associates told me they only set the cars at 5k. Deedee returned and informed me that they can set it for 7k miles. Every interaction with her is professional, polite, welcoming, and informative. I love that there is a woman as a manager that is well versed in the knowledge of her field. I trust her opinion and my car under her care!

Here for the Lovely Jordan, Mr Leighton and my Dog Mesa William. Came in for alignment and two new tires. I done missed my appointment 2 and they were gracious enough to take care of me today. Great place it's best to schedule ahead of time it's going to be a wait. This ain't Burger King

Check your mechanic’s work just to be sure everything is good. I was overcharged for parts & labor. BUT DeeDee is a gem, she is great & she truly cares about her customer’s experience && made everything right. She makes the overall experience of this location. If she’s not there, come back when she is!!

Called ahead and they told me I’d only pay $77.10 but once there was charged $84. Only went for an oil change since it was a convenient location, but will not return here again. Had us waiting in the lobby with no one at the desk for quite some time. Once they finally greeted us at the front desk their employee had a attitude from the start and also tried to sell us tires if we wanted a tire rotation done. ( the usual shop we go to Auto Fitness on Browns Bridge does this for free they just close on weekdays) After we received the car back I open up the hood to fine a cigarette on top of the engine from what I believe is from a “service technician” or maybe the employee at the front desk. I find it hard to believe that they changed my oil and filter as well after finding this cigarette. They didn’t even place a sticker or anything for when I should replace it again. They show zero respect to customer property.
