I first went to Office Depot across the street from PostNet but the people were not very engaging And it seemed as if it was a problem serving me there were only 2 customers and they were walking around as if they were extremely busy. I explained I really needed some help I needed to be walked through the process,. Genuine help never came. I left Office Depot very frustrated. As soon as I walked into PostNet I was pleasantly greeted with a smile and the heart of servitude! I knew I was in the right place!
