“Read some of the 1 star reviews. Although I hadn't needed their services in a while, I was always treated with respect by everyone who worked there. Regardless of why (their business, their prerogative), they will always be interested in some items and not others. Furthermore, I was offered at least a fair value, if not more, for the vast majority of items I sold or pawned to them. More often than not, I was also able to negotiate a
mutually acceptable price on something I wanted to buy there too.
When I need to, I will definitely continue to use Swap & Pawn. (At least until one of those 1-star folks let's me know of a local pawn shop that always pays what YOU THINK your item is worth.)”
