In 2016 I purchased a new refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer from this Home Depot store. Less than three years later the refrigerator broke down. Rather than spend the money to have it repaired I decided to buy a new refrigerator. I went back to this Home Depot store and spent $1600 for a new fridge. It was delivered last thing two weeks ago and the icemaker is now broken. I called the Home Depot store and told them I wanted to return it and get a different brand. I was told since it was more than 48 hours since it had been delivered to my home, there was nothing they could do. I believe it would've been more accurate if the store manager would've said there's nothing they WILL do. Don't buy appliances from Home Depot.

Well I like my neighborhood HD since I practically live here. Lots of helpful folks and generally good prices. The selection has gone away some since I first started frequenting. I often must do a little internet search before going there to make sure they have some things. I have used the online ordering and that's hit or miss. The special ordering seems to do better but items may be anywhere in the store. What I like best is having things available at whim and I like the displays to give me ideas for things. I love that a good portion of the folks in the store either know my name or know me by looks. It's my hardware Cheers.

Bought a middle-of-the-road washer & dryer. Was told it would be 3+ weeks for delivery. Seemed like a very long time to me. Once they finally arrived, the washer was damaged. Dryer was fine. It wasn't the delivery guys' fault because I watched them unload it and open the box. Delivery guy told me I still had to sign the form stating it was delivered, which I did not. So I went to HD to ask about replacing it, and staff there could not provide me with any document, either electronic or hard copy, stating when I would get the new washer. Asst. Store manager said he could do nothing for me. No discount, no coupon, no gift card, no receipt, no nothing. I said can you just hit "print screen" they said no. The whole time HD already has my money! Was told the delivery company would call to reschedule; they did not. We ended up calling them a week later. Was told they could redeliver on a Saturday night! Very frustrating experience to deal with them. Will not buy appliances from HD again.

How y'all gonna sell a deck belt for a lawnmower with a 42 inch deck and it be extremely to long once installed?! It's a shame Lowe's didn't build a store where y'all are located. 100% inept with online orders. Ordered a pedestal sink. Three weeks they say. The sink shows up and it's damaged. I'm frustrated, but these things happen. I requested-order, we will rush it they say. I check in in two weeks. Not here yet, we will call you, it will be here in three weeks. I call to check in three weeks later, we will call you don't call us. I stop in a week later, it's not here, you are going have to re-order it. Seriously? I could have got in a horse and went to Kohler Wisconsin myself and would have been back weeks ago. Never again Home Depot. Not even as much as an apology. Good luck with building online revenue. Horrible, frustrating experience.

On July 2 we went to this home Depot in flowery branch to buy a new washer and dryer. Sales associate was very helpful. We were notify that they would deliver onJuly 7th. After two unsuccessful delivery attempts, it is now July 25th and we STILL have not received our washer and dryer!I have called repeatedly, got bounced around, passed off to store management and told various stories. Today I was told in 48 hrs to expect a call from the delivery company, on giving me a date down the road on when they would come. Oh! Once they SEE IF they can find the washer and dryer in the warehouse! I would NEVER EVER use this place!
