Love kohl's, shop there frequently. My grandkids love the styles they have. I shop the entire store for deals and love the rewards. All staff is available and very friendly.

The lady that helped me at the Sephora area made me feel like she didn’t want to help me at all. I came in asking for a foundation sample. I already picked out the color and just asked her to put it in a jar for me. She tells me 3 different times she does think they do that and then brings over the items unlabeled. Please find an expert to work in that area and I promise it would make you lots of money

The cashier that just punched my purchases is so rude. I am never going back to this Kohl’s ever again. I asked a question and looked at me like I’m dumb. VERY TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE.

Felt like I was being followed the whole time and asked if I’m finding everything okay constantly it’s like they want you to feel uncomfortable and make you feel like a criminal for shopping. Even heard a worker say on her ear piece “she’s headed towards the front” so I went back and tried on a few more things I didn’t want to throw her for a loop. Let your customers shop!!

Did not honor price that was shown and old lady in the kids department brought up a different sign trying to tell me I was wrong. If I hadn’t saw it and brought it to her attention to which she didn’t care. Still choose to not honor the price that was shown even though it was the only product there.
