Disappointing that Kroger won’t honor the sale tags on the display shelves. The sales price for coffee was a significant savings but the staff wouldn’t honor it, said the sale had expired. The tag did have a small date of 6/12/25 (today is 6/26) but there was no indication of what the date meant. Could have been start date, end date, who knows. Staff said they had no one to remove tags. Just so you know, Publix will always honor the sales price on the display shelves, regardless of the expiration date.

Every time I make a pick up order, I don’t get notified that something is “out of stock” until I’ve marked I’m on my way. Today it happened yet again. It was eggs. After my car was loaded, I went inside the store for eggs and the brand I wanted WAS IN FACT in stock!
What’s the point of signing up for order updates if they don’t send them until after your order is ready. I asked the guy how they work and he said they don’t come through until you mark you’re on your way.
It makes zero sense. Also why would they lie and say what I want is out of stock?? ONLY because my groceries were in a hot car and I had to hurry, otherwise I would have gone to a manager to point this out.

It's an ok store, nice selection of Murray's cheese and fresh fruit but stuff will show as in stock online and not be in the store. Frustrating when you drive 20 minutes out of your way for nothing

Not really sure why most of these Kroger stores in this area have been trying to close “EARLY” but this one has its doors closed and locked at 10:45 as I was leaving after my purchase and were turning away patrons trying to enter the store.
Kroger needs to get it together before they lose their customers…

I had a very bad experience at this store tonight and I don’t ever want to go in that store again. There’s very few employees at this store that are friendly. Most of them are rude and very unfriendly. They act like they don’t want you in the store. There’s one man at this store that has made several smart aleck remarks pertaining to the customers being in the store checking out at closing time. The employees are locking the door 15 minutes before closing. I have never had such a bad experience at a store. The employees at Publix and Ingles are always friendly. I would rather give my money to a store that has kind employees and appreciates my business.

Seafood department is going to make someone sick. I bought some cod from the counter there and when I opened the pack (same day) to start cooking, I could immediately tell the fish had gone bad. Ok, so that’s a wasted $10.00. Then I go back to Kroger to buy more fish because I have everything planned for fish tacos last night and when I opened up the $14.00 snapper I just bought, I could immediately tell that it too had gone bad. That’s 2 wasted trips for seafood and $24.00 wasted dollars. Somebody needs to check on that department because you all are selling spoiled seafood. Like, I have 4 candles lit in my kitchen because of it. Ugh.
