“I hired Two Men and a Truck when I sold my home and needed to move my things into a storage unit. Miguel and Vannier were my movers, they were a couple of really cool young guys who obviously love what they do, and the job they did was amazing! They arrived on schedule and immediately surveyed the job. They very thoroughly wrapped and carefully handled all of my belongings, especially a few antique family pieces I was worried about. And they logistically packed everything into my storage unit as I wanted, leaving a walkway to anything that I would need to access in the coming months. This was a full 8 hour day on one of the hottest days of the month of August; I had to make them stop for 20 minutes to eat lunch! Cannot recommend these guys enough!”
“We just had a phenomenal experience with Iorg movers. Kelly set us up and 4 of the nicest, hard working men showed up and went to work. I thought it would be a 4 or 5 hour move, but ended up being over 8 hours. The team worked tirelessly and never changed their attitude nor started doing things differently. They would not even drag furniture on our floor even when I told them it was fine. Just the most professional group of movers we’ve ever experienced.
Not even a scratch on a wall which I actually expected cause it happens.
We bought them lunch and kept them hydrated plus tipped them individually.

“TLDL; While there were minor issues with cleanup, overall, we highly recommend On The Move for a stress-free move (in-state from Cumming to Duluth).
To save costs, we pre-moved smaller items and disassembled furniture. The online quote process was simple, and Lauren W. was helpful and responsive.
The moving crew, led by Joseph, was professional, efficient, and careful with our belongings, especially our piano. The final cost was slightly higher than the estimate, but we felt it was fair.
Pros:
- Joseph (crew chief), Jayson, and Karchie did a great job. They were friendly, enthusiastic, hard working, and communicated well.
- They moved 2 heavy refrigerators at the “new house” when asked.
- They appreciated that I had taken time to disassemble furniture beforehand and didn’t have any boxes they had to pack or load.
Cons:
Minor complaints: these can be corrected by their crews being more aware of surroundings at customers houses.
- They left used and empty tape rolls, trash, and soda bottles in the rooms instead of cleaning them up.
- After they had left for lunch, I did a walk-through at the “old house” and discovered one of them had forgotten to take their drill they used to assemble some furniture. They were glad when I gave it to them and seemed embarrassed that it had happened.
Final thoughts:
- OTM is a great company to have you help with your move. I felt the prices were fair and the workers they employed were great.
- While we didn’t run into serious issues (furniture damaged, personnel problems etc.) I’m confident that OTM upper leadership would not hesitate to make sure the problem was corrected and resolved.
