“Let me start off with this is a Pawn Shop and not a regular business so everything I say comes from experience and knowledge having worked at one myself for years. A Pawn shop can be a rough place to work and yet the staff here always makes you feel comfortable and welcomed as soon as you walk in. Prices are fair and they stick close to industry standard. Sometimes they wiggle on price and sometimes not but that's the nature of the game. Either way the negotiations go the staff never makes uncomfortable for asking. As for the staff? I'm not really sure who is in charge. The tall guy remembered my Birthday and asked about my family, wished them well only after a few visits. The guy up front can talk about anything with you and seems eager to have you smiling. The lady in the back, which i learned is named Michelle, has that sassy southern charm that makes you want to keep asking her questions so she has to keep helping you. Every interaction I have had with Michelle makes me feel more and more she has my best interest at heart All in all its a great team there and if you're lucky and catch it you will see and hear some great banter between Michelle and the others and you just get the sense these are real people with heart and soul and not just another Pawn Shop. If I had to pick my favorite of all the people working there? It would be Michelle. Her charm is unmatched. Her banter is unrivaled. And her sense of humor should be studied at Harvard.”

“Great deals and very friendly staff! I definitely recommend this store. It’s a little crowded with merchandise, so it can be hard to walk around, but the workers are honest, fair with prices, and willing to give great deals. I’ll definitely be back!”

“My opal fell out of my favorite ring last night, but I couldn’t get the empty ring off of my finger. They were so kind and helped me get it off no sweat. I’m not mad that it had to get cut off, it was time to refurbish it anyway. Haha! Thank you for helping in an emergency!”
