My husband and I stopped in to ask a few questions about getting a unit, and Shelby was honestly the highlight of the whole visit. She was bright, friendly, informative, and extremely present with us. You can tell she knows her job well and actually cares about helping people. I had a small unit here for over a year. I never had any issues with access, rates, or anything else. Carts for moving your stuff were always available and functional. I found this location convenient and easy to access. Yes, there are expenses with the mandatory insurance and the mandatory locks, but that is true a lot of places. I'd use this facility again if I needed storage.

Checked 2 other self storage companies comparing size and pricing, honestly they were all really close in cost for what you get, but by far the most friendly employee I ran into was Shelby at your store and I will be be using you guys when it’s time. What an asset to have such a personable employee.

Although listed as climate controlled facility, the 3rd floor is ALWAYS above 80 degrees. Also, they increase rates without notice and at any interval that they see fit. The mandatory insurance they require (if not using your own), is Orange and they do not cover any losses unless there is forced breakin. The walls of units have space for slender persons to squeeze through and. The motion sensors do not catch such nefarious activities. Rent at ur own risk!

Painless and online process to rent! When I dropped off the contents, the unit was ready, and the lock was inside the unit. Easy process, competitive prices.

After viewing so many locations & we decided for this one. The prices are good but when you're dealing with a actual HELPFUL employee that takes her time to explain the information you need to understand before getting a unit then its a HUGE PLUS!! Not only Ashley T took ger time to do the paperwork but her work area & units were clean as how they should. Looking forward to a long term lease as long as the great costumer service continues with Mrs. Taylor.

Nothing against the people at the facility, they have been great to work with. I was a long time renter and my unit rent nearly doubled out of the blue. Request for reduction denied. Terrible practice when there is a brand new facility 50 yards away charging less than half. Moved out on the 12th and can’t even get a prorated refund?? Terrible practices, Public Storage corporate.
