Seriously over priced and they lied and told me I was REQUIRED to have the $15/month insurance instead of allowing me to opt out. I saw the exact same storage unit in the same facility for half the price and they did not care. They then significantly increased the rent after 3 months and 6 months with no warning. Also the first month free is not free. They charge you all kinds of fees. And if you don’t live in on the 1st, guess what, you still have a full months rent due again on the first of the month regardless of what day you moved in. It’s a lying marketing tactic. Go somewhere they are honest, transparent, and care about doing the right thing by their customers, not here. Plus there is literally no parking and no room for moving trucks trying to load and unload.

When my wife and I walked in we were not sure how the process worked. Nick was very friendly and and explained everything to us. Nick was very helpful and I really enjoyed talking to him. If you want a facility that will give you a deal to move in, then jack rents up through the roof, then this is the right one for you. I started at $84 per month for a 10x10 and in 3 years, they increased me to $219 per month. It is a clean and safe facility though.
