Went to swap a propane tank. I found out the easiest way is go to the service desk. In and out real quick. Was $22 for swap.

Publix at Flowery Branch has recently become my go-to Publix. Its so much more convenient to go to Flowery Branch than to The Vineyards. With all the construction and road widening in front of the Vineyard plaza, the traffic is terrible. Additionally, the Flowery Branch store is bigger and more open. The aisles seem to be wider and easier to get down. They have a much larger fish dept and a good selection of veggies. The meat dept. has a nice long case vs being broken up on 2 walls in a corner. Easy to shop. Checkout can be more of a hassle as they dont always have enough registers open. But they do have self check out so that helps. Overall, it's a nice grocery store to shop in.

Recently at Publix, employee Zach provided outstanding service. After my surgery, he not only helped us with our groceries but also brought them to our car with genuine care. His kindness and exceptional assistance made our day significantly easier. Thank you, Zach, for going above and beyond!

The store in general is fine, but the order ahead service from deli and subs just doesn't work. If you can't provide the service, stop offering it. We used it many times in the past and received what we ordered. Twice in the last week we ordered and it was not available twenty to thirty minutes after promised.

Typical Publix - CLEAN, FRIENDLY, fully stocked. Run by professionals with a lot of help and NO SELF-CHECKOUT!!! YES!!!!You'll pay more here for everything but they DO have BOGO, and half-price sales, so plan well. Their meats/produce are always excellent and we buy those here.

Clean. Very slow deli. The young man was not trained well. There were 2 additional people that could have assisted him, but chose not to.

Stopped here to do some shopping. Walking past the deli we saw their Atlanta Falcons Sub advertised. With our dietary restrictions we had to customize. Leon at the deli was super friendly and helpful and answered all of our questions . The sandwich was huge and looks delicious. The picture of the sandwich is only half of it. Well worth the price and tastes great.. We can see why Publix is rated so high for sandwiches!Try it for yourself.

Love the Publix. Please keep the deli soup stocked/full as it's hard to get chicken noodle (Every other day). I promise to buy in advance as the thirty minute wait to refill is stinky.

Customer service is clearly a thing of the past. I ran inside to grab a head of lettuce. When I went back to the produce section, the lettuce was CLEARLY labeled at $2.49. I picked it up and headed to the self-checkout lanes. This was at 9pm at night on a Monday. The store is as close to empty as it gets. A few stragglers in there like myself. When I go to ring up the lettuce, it shows as $3. Not a huge difference, but also not what it's advertised as, so I ask the teenage kid that is over the self checkout lanes to help with the price adjustment. He comes over to me and I tell him that the price is clearly stated at $2.49. He scans it again at $3 and says "Sorry man, you must have seen it wrong". I was amazed at the response, smirked and said, "No I read it quite clearly". He scanned it again and it still said $3, he said "sorry man" and walked away. I couldnt believe that a store/brand who once prided itself on customer service, could not even bare to atleast go check the price himself for the customer. I mean, even Walmart, Target and Kroger would all TRUST the customer on such a trivial amount and make the .51 cent adjustment. Publix has been going downhill for the last few years and this is the final straw. They can keep their .51 cents and I will not be returning.
