I had to say goodbye to Tabitha and she was a great property manager. The new property manager is just as good. It's great to deal with people today that are down to earth. People that want to help someone I called them Good Samaritans. Nobody wants to help anybody anymore. It seems that we've gotten lazy. I'm a business owner and it's hard to find young men that will work. But thanks Meredith it's going to be a pleasure doing business with you. Thank you.

I have been at the storage unit for six years now and ever since Public Storage took over. The customer service has only gotten better. The level of communication and customer service from Tabitha that works there is nothing but the best and deserves more than a five star review. Professionalism and always helpful and actually listens to What my needs are every time I have a question. Kudos to Public Storage for having such a great employee, really makes a difference when having to choose what company destroy my. belongings.

Great, clean facility, and Tabitha was so nice on the phone and directed me right to my unit when I was first loading it up, then was just as sweet when I stopped in the office. I’ve used a couple storage places since being in GA, and this one was easily the best. Highly recommend for anyone needing storage space.

Tabitha is very nice and respectful. Works very hard and will help you the best way she can. Answer any questions you may have. Very good worker and good at her job. She makes you feel welcome. Has a wonderful personality. I recommend going to see her!! She deserves a raise!!!

I’ve had a unit and a parking space here for going on 6 years now. I am so glad that Public Storage took over last year from the previous company. The customer service now is way more professional and welcoming. When Public Storage took over they kept Jacob around. I’m glad they did because he’s a good man that loves to help his customers. If he doesn’t know something he does his best to find the right answer and not blow smoke. Tabitha is a ray of sunshine and you can tell she loves everyone she meets. She goes out of her way to help each one of her customers. She always has a smile on her face and a great attitude, even when I’m having a bad day. This lady is amazing! Great job is an understatement. She makes you feel like family. When I thought about moving she helped me save money. When I left my keys in my other truck she helped me. When the guy next to me was parking crooked, she asked him to straightened it up and keep it between the mayonnaise and mustard. lol She is awesome y’all! So glad she manages this place now! If you want a terrific place to store your stuff, this is it!

Absolutely horrific experience with the location and district manager. I was assigned a unit that is almost impossible to access, then reassigned to a parking spot that is graveled and with an incline, not even paved. I was told i would get a refund for the unit rental and 6 calls laters I’m still waiting for it. Every time I’m told the district manager will be looking at it and nothing. Avoid at all cost.
