“I had the pleasure of working with team Ryan automotive to get the AC fixed in my Kia Sportage. My car was still covered under warranty through Carvana. AJ talked me through the process of having my car fixed through my warranty. I did not have to do anything or call anyone or file any paperwork. Aj took care of everything for me! All I had to do is pay my deductible. While my car was being fixed, Team Ryan provided me with a Rental car, free of charge, for two days. “Towed my car from another auto shop that said they wouldn't attempt to fix it with CVT transmission. I figured the trans was done and a huge bill was coming. WTR replaced the speed sensor and it seems to be working fine again. They could have told me it needed a new trans and I would have prob replaced it. Very honest shop here. “Long review but worth the read! So I have a 05 ford e150. It went to 3 shops. Advanced motorsports in blairsville 3 times in 3 days total of 1800 dollars failed each day. Decided to send it to Jacky Jones ford in hayesville failed 2 times within 5 miles of leaving 1900 dollars. Then I sent it to Jacky Jones Murphy nc. Failed 3 times 5,000 dollars died in 4 days. I told Murphy ford put a new engine in it I've check everything something is major is wrong they told me my Forman is a 20 year mechanic he probably knows more than you... well it failed and they wouldn't give me any of my money back. I found Pete and his guys and I said please just put a new engine in my van and fix anything you find and make it reliable. I'm now at 9k miles on the new engine not a single issue! In all I put about 18k into this and Pete and his crew made it all good and did a amazing job I checked the work from torque specs to wiring harnesses! Please people take my advice if you read this DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ANYWHERE ELSE GO DIRECTLY TO ENGINE MAN LLC SERIOUSLY!!! I CANT EXPRESS THAT ENOUGH! I have 8 cars adding 1 more in a few months and will send all my vehicles that I can't fix to Pete amazing job! Thank you so much for making vehicle reliable again it means alot! Also still really need to send the mazda down there soon I'll call ya Monday! Thanks again! Everyone please trust me when I say this is a very good company! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND”

“I found Don via google search and after a call with Don, I decide to stop in. He was upfront on what to expect in the process, potential problems, and estimated cost to repair my 2007 Ford 150 5.4L 4x4 transmission. I appreciate his transparency and engagement since I had already drop 3K with another shop on a rebuild. Don and his team worked through the issues and I drove the truck from his shop over the mountains to NC same day with no transmission errors and skipping.”

“I took my Chrysler minivan to the Sugar Hill AAMCO when the transmission started acting wonky. Its a 2001 but only has 97000 miles on it. I was expecting the usual "oh it will cost you 150 bucks for a diagnostic to be done" before the bad news came and i had to sell a kidney to afford the fix. But noooo. The diagnostic was free. I had to wait a couple days ... Very busy shop... And then came the news... Come get your car. We cant fix it. Your transmission control module is bad... Thats a computer that runs the transmission and we dont work on those. You probably need a replacement. So AJ the owner told me to look around for a used one and hopefully I will find one that didn't cost me an arm and a leg and was easy enough to put in. He did say something about it being a plug-and-play type thing generally well I don't know crap about transmissions but I went on YouTube and found a video of a guy who went to a junkyard and found one for 50 bucks. With great detail in the video he gave me the confidence to do it myself but I wasn't going to run around a bunch of junk yards. I found one on eBay for $100 and ordered it. It came a couple days later I jacked up my vehicle peeled off the wheel well plastic cover on the front left side. The old one was there just like the guy in the video said. Three bolts later the replacement was in place. I plugged it in and put everything back in place put the tire on started up the car and drove it all over the place and t ran perfectly. So I want to thank AJ at the Sugar Hill Georgia AAMCO for being honest and for caring about someone who in the end really wasn't a customer. Think about that. I did and realized what a great service he had done for me. I didn't know if there was a core charge possibly involved with that old one or anything so I stopped by to thank him and give him the old one in case he could do something with it. It ended up going in the garbage but a lot of Good will was earned. I would recommend AJ and the Sugar Hill AAMCO to anyone who's got transmission problems. You'll get a fair shake there.”
