Been staying here for a while, this place is great. Very quick access to the lake. People are awesome and prices are good. The spaces are actually the best I have found for access to back in with long trucks or trailers. There are other places around that may look more presentable but are not the most affordable, friendly, or easily accessible.
Yes there is an attached boat maintenance building where you can get good work done. Sometimes the entrance gate is blocked by a truck or worker but both times the person has stopped what they were doing to give us quick access. Never an issue.
Any negative reviews is the person not the company posing an unnecessary issue on themselves.
All types & sizes of open and closed parking.
Van Pugh boat ramp is like 3 minutes away.
Best non-ethanol boat gas right next door.
You can arrive to the boat storage, get fuel/food, then be at the lake all in 12-15 minutes.

We got a spot to store our camper here. Just opened a new building. No dump station, but prices are good and the people are nice. Only issue so far is another business near the gate partially block the gate access parking in the way. So far has not blocked us. But still first month.

So he tells me uncovered boat storage is $65 / month, I say ok no problem, we’ll be there for a short period of time and would be happy to pay. So then he stutters and says well, we bill by the quarter , we can’t help you. I rent from two other storage companies and neither charge by the quarter!! Not a favorable company to do business with.

Very quick and easy, the gentleman who helped me was very nice and explained everything thoroughly. Good rates. This place was recommended to me by a friend and I'm glad they did.
