From the lack of distancing during pandemic, the glaring workers to management who rolls their eyes OO when they have to check you out… Fail

I won't be filling prescriptions at Walgreens anymore. It takes - foe some unknowable reason - 3+ hours to fill a prescription. Today, only after waiting several hours to pick up my prescription, I was informed that the antibiotic I need is out of stock... but if I wait another 3 hours - til 9:20PM, I can pick up at another Walgreens. Okay, I'll do it. Only after waiting a couple hours more I get notified that this Walgreens does not have it in stock. But no worries, b/c I can pick it up (can I?) at yet another Walgreens if I'll only wait until noon tomorrow. Yeah...I'm done with Walgreens.

They lose your prescriptions. The ones they don't lose they will fill only one bit text you that all your prescriptions are ready and then when you go to get them they will tell you they don't have any other prescriptions for you. Then after making them double check they find one of the 2 others that were called in. Then they will tell you that the one they did find, will not be ready for 2 hours. Walgreens has always been my go to place but because of such incompetence at this store. I will be moving to CVS. Avoid the aggravation go anywhere else!

The best place to get your prescriptions; the pharmacist (Andrew)and the staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Andrew goes above and beyond to get your medications ready. I highly recommend Walgreens.

Had an Rx called in at 10:21am for pain and nausea for my husbands knee surgery he had this morning, it is 2:50pm and they’re “still working on it”. Not to mention you cannot hear or understand the person working in the drive through. This is not my first bad experience here, but it will be my last. Unacceptable!

I live near your Flowery Branch GA location (Spout Springs). I don't write many reviews but I have to say I have continued to be frustrated by the inconsiderate service. Across my family, I have probably had 6 prescriptions filled in the last year. Not one single time have they been ready....even when you are picking it up days after it was originally prescribed. Nor have I ever received a call to inform my why/when. The "it will be ready in 15 minutes" is never true and always takes exceedingly longer. I have to count on 2+ visits for any medication prescribed. What is the point of e-prescribing when the pharmacy doesn't actually act up on that information?

So unorganized. Registered online for flu vax. Arrived 15 minutes early and checked in via text and in person. Still couldn’t figure out who I was and told me flu shot was $40 despite my insurance covering it.. had to check in 3rd time and this time show insurance and prescription card. Still waiting. Big mistake. Go to Publix!

Both the pharmacist and the techs that work the drive-thru here are rude and not personable. The line is always long with at least a 20 minute wait and then they would rather speak to you through the tiny microphone in the wall than come to the window and offer customer service.

We Had used Walgreens for over 10 years. The pharmacist filled a prescription with the wrong insurance that was not ours. It was also filled incorrectly. She never once said she would look into it or try to fix it. She was extremely rude. She also did not ask to see our insurance card to see id there was an error. Our insurance company then called Walgreens for us. The insurance company tried to explain to Walgreens that we do not have a deductible but Walgreens was not interested in listening or making it right. We have since changed pharmacy and moved all our prescriptions to Publix. We are very happy. SN

I am a regular customer of Walgreens store and online; This pharmacy guy it is not customer service oriented and he is not willing to help, I show up for my COVID test earlier and he refused to take it until my time; Wallgreen policy will allow you to show up late or early as long it’s the same day of your appointment because they realize 60% or more are late for appointments; this will be my first and last at this store. They probably do not care about it but here is my review= BAD!

The level of rude at this location is unparalleled and today was the limit.I drove there because they auto-filled my prescription and I didn't know what it was for. Turned out to be Rx vitamins. OK, can you refill whatever else I have, so I don't put $1.10 on my credit card? I'll wait.45 minutes later I get a text that it's ready. After 15 minutes waiting behind a guy who wouldn't stop talking, I went over to the chips. When he's winding down, I go back and THE PHARMACY MANAGER LOOKED ME IN THE EYE WHILE SHE ROLLED DOWN THE METAL SHUTTER FOR HER LUNCH BREAK. Even though she knew I'd been waiting for an hour. It's not the first time, or even the second, or embarrassingly, even the third time I've been treated this way here. I need to ask myself why I didn't change earlier.

Pharmacy department very slow and doesn't have a clue. Unwilling to help elderly people when needed. In 1 day it took me 4 trips to get them straightened out on my meds.Horrible. I will be changing pharmacies ASAP.When I got my message finally after 2 days, the shorted my meds by 160 pills.
