Don’t go to this location. Bought tea and used one bag and was denied refund since it did not have all packets in it because the woman with the glasses and dark hair denied me my refund for literally no reason. I had to take it to another location for refund. Absolutely dishonest and disgusting behavior. Will not be back.

Slowest pharmacy I have seen. I went by at 3 and they said the medicine would not be ready until 5:30. I went back at 5:30 and they supposedly only received the order for the 2nd medicine just a few minutes ago. Both were called in by the doctor's office earlier in the day. I asked could I wait on it to be filled and the you lady said no and I would have to come back at 7:30-8. I will not be using them again. Guess I'll continue to drive to CVS.

Just went through the drive through with my mom as she was getting cancer cream for her face, accidentally dropped it in the drive thru, pulled up to pick it up and she accidentally ran over it. The cream exploded. She told the pharmacist and showed them it was exploded every where and they LAUGHED and offered no assistance. she had to ask for something to put it in considering it was all in the bag and everywhere. they told her she could still use it, to just take a knife and scrape it out ?. it’s not their fault that it was dropped or ran over but it is their fault on how they handled it and their customer service!! ????

Terrible. Everyone behind the counter is extremely rude. And they never answer their phone. I have been trying to reach someone at the pharmacy all day just be put on hold for 20 minutes then hung up on.

Dr sent my prescription in on the 13th they decided to partial fill it on the 17th and 6 days later still don't have the rest...I keep getting several different excuses ..I'm NEVER COMING HERE AGAIN

i am changing my pharmacy. they refuse to use my good rx codes saying it doesnt work when clearly its on the app and works at piblix w no issues. this place scams ppl on their meds. i seen this happen to someone on line in front if me also once. either they scam ppl or are incompetent!!!

They lose your prescriptions. The ones they don't lose they will fill only one bit text you that all your prescriptions are ready and then when you go to get them they will tell you they don't have any other prescriptions for you. Then after making them double check they find one of the 2 others that were called in. Then they will tell you that the one they did find, will not be ready for 2 hours. Walgreens has always been my go to place but because of such incompetence at this store. I will be moving to CVS. Avoid the aggravation go anywhere else!

The best place to get your prescriptions; the pharmacist (Andrew)and the staff are very friendly and provide excellent customer service. Andrew goes above and beyond to get your medications ready. I highly recommend Walgreens.

I live near your Flowery Branch GA location (Spout Springs). I don't write many reviews but I have to say I have continued to be frustrated by the inconsiderate service. Across my family, I have probably had 6 prescriptions filled in the last year. Not one single time have they been ready....even when you are picking it up days after it was originally prescribed. Nor have I ever received a call to inform my why/when. The "it will be ready in 15 minutes" is never true and always takes exceedingly longer. I have to count on 2+ visits for any medication prescribed. What is the point of e-prescribing when the pharmacy doesn't actually act up on that information?

Had an Rx called in at 10:21am for pain and nausea for my husbands knee surgery he had this morning, it is 2:50pm and they’re “still working on it”. Not to mention you cannot hear or understand the person working in the drive through. This is not my first bad experience here, but it will be my last. Unacceptable!
