Visited this branch today, only one teller was helping people inside. After patiently waiting my turn, I was provided inaccurate banking information which wasted an extra hour of my time because of her ignorance - and was later verified with another bank to be inaccurate also. She was not properly trained by any stretch and made the rules up as she went apparently. When common sense doesn’t make any sense whatsoever to you, there is a reason! This is a prime example of why I use local banks.

I'm surprised at some of the negative reviews.. I've been banking here for 4 yrs now and the staff is always helpful...If u want to get great service and very thorough then ask for Devaris.

Worst customer ever. And that bank maneger so racist. Gosh doent know how treat their employees. ?That's why I aint banking with them . And recommend to other not do so

We came in to open a new checking/savings account this past Saturday. We worked with Devaris and he was great. Professional, friendly, and thoughtful, he made the experience so easy.We are changing from another bank after 10+ years. Devaris's customer service has confirmed we made the right decision.

My 16 year old daughter just went into the flowery branch ga location and was treated very rudely and disrespectful. She did not get the name of the individual but just because she is 16 and doesn’t have lots of money doesn’t justify rude behavior

I've banked with wells fargo for years, but they failed to listen to me when I asked them to not give a contractor the remainder of his money due to the quality of work that was produced and the job being incomplete. They took it from him, and then gave it back after I authorized them to not give it to the contractor. Bottom line: it's my money, not Wells Fargos. They should have listened to me. I'm now planning to move to a new bank. Thanks Wells Fargo.
