Horrible. I showed them a burgundy color, and they said they could do it. I spent five hours in there, and it looked decent. Not the color I was looking for, but it looked okay. I left, and the next morning I realized my hair was orange. My hair costed $80 and they didn't even give me my money back the next day. I'm never going ther again. Absolutely terrible.

I had my hair cut there a few years ago. Glenda was very friendly. I haven't been back because I live in Australia.
