The woman that runs the drive thru is always very rude. She has a horrible attitude and doesn't know how to respectfully talk to customers. This same person has been rude to me, my wife and my mother on multiple occasions. I am pretty fed up with it and something needs to be done about her. If this continues, my wife, mother and myself will all be changing pharmacies. We are always very polite, despite the way she treats us. There's no reason for her to be treating anyone like this, especially when unprovoked. I'm very dissatisfied and will certainly continue to pursue this issue until something is done about it.

The employees here are great and very helpful. But most of my online orders end up cancelled or take substantially longer than the “ready in an hour or less” service I am used to from other Walgreens locations. However, the store is always clean, well stocked and I love to shop here for deals and earn points.

The phones don’t work most of the time when there is an issue with a prescription I need answers on. Never have issues with the Walgreens in Kingsland so I’m about to switch to them. Less of a pain to have to drive than to deal with this every time I need something. The 2nd star is only for the helpful staff, no issues with them.

They are absolutely the slowest pharmacy I have ever delt with, they are even slower than Walmart, it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure out they need more than one person filling scripts. It helps to have employees that don't move like snails behind the counters also

Worst pharmacy experience ever!!! The pharmacist was in the same sitting position when I drooped RX off 1 hour ago. Was told another 30 minutes, and she's still sitting. I asked if she could expedite, since I'm in the store waiting and live 1 hour away.....told it would be another 30 minutes. Don't waste your time.....drive the distance and seek another Walgreens.

So I looked online to see what time tuey close. It says nine. Well here I am at 8:30 and thevdoor is locked. I suggest you call the store before driving out of your way.

Slow is one thing, (and they truly are slow) but this pharmacy is making a habit of ignoring prescriptions that they do not want to fill for one reason or an other then deleting them from the computer. If you really need a prescription I suggest driving the 20 miles to St. Mary's or Callihan

The average time to have prescriptions filled is 1.5 - 2 hours. Every time I've tried to have prescriptions filled at this pharmacy in Folkston.

Well, I will put in my negative review as well as others did. The pharmacy is illiterate. Unable to communicate properly, unable to understand instructions! Insurance problem, that they did not bother to resolve. I have had issues in the past with them and I have over looked it. Not anymore. I will never step inside this store again. I know they DO NOT care! AT ALL! Im getting in touch w. corporate on this! DONT SHOP HERE and by all means DO NOT use their pharmacy! If they are that stupid, they may fill your RX incorrectly and you will suffer from that situation.
