i’ve never gotten serviced here but i have tried.. i’ve stopped here twice but couldn’t get serviced either times because of what felt like prejudicial treatment. from what i can tell , this is hispanic owned and for context , i am a black woman. the first time i stopped here was 2022 and there was only 1 person in front of me being serviced . the man looked at me dead in my face and never addressed me. i spoke and he waved his hand without properly acknowledging me . when he was done with that persons tires, i asked him if he carried my size and without checking he told me “no” . i didn’t object, i just left and went somewhere else. the last time i stopped here was in 2023 , i needed a standard time for my nissan altima and the shop was booming , about 4 ppl were already there - 2 of them were being serviced . again, i wasn’t greeted or anything but i waited nevertheless… once a spot opened up , another car pulled in (hispanic woman) and they greeted her cheerfully and allowed her to pull in that spot. i was like “yo i been waiting” 1 of the guys said yea we’ll get to you soon , she’s returning from being here earlier. lies. but again i left and went somewhere else. they won’t get my black dollar tuh.

I tried to call and see if they had tires. There was loud music in the background. A guy says hello?I’m like is this the tire company? he said yeah what you want? i told him never mind, Unprofessional I don’t even want you touching my car

Bad business today. So I've been coming here dealing with my amigo friends because they have good quality tires and they were always friendly. However today I pulled up for another used tire and I asked papi was it still $65. He said yes $65. Now keep in mind this is always what I pay but I was double checking because that's all a sister had was $65 on the dot. So when I go in to pay he comes grabbing a receipt book... And I knew it my spirit I'm like ohh oh what's going on because he's never done this. He always just gives me the credit/debit card receipt. But he goes to write it up and said my total was $75 after tax. And I'm like tax???? You've always charged me $65 flat! Where is the $10 coming from??? Plus I asked you up front was it $65. So I reminded him what he said originally and he shrugs and says boss man say tax??? After I let him know I only have $65 he says " no sell " you gimme tire I call police " I'm like WOW WOW WOW!!!! Guys I had to call a friend up there to bring me $10 more dollars so that it wouldn't be no more static!!! Needless to say IM NEVER GOING BACK TO AMALS OR AMIGOS AGAIN!!! He picked me out of everyone up there to embarrass and humiliate like this. Over $10 !!! Why?? Because I'ma woman? Because I'm black?? Because I wasn't dressed??? Or was it more of the fact that he's slick racists and evil spirited???? Just know I'm done with them indefinitely!!!!!

The tire is good but the service is terrible. I waited 45 mins before anyone helped me. They helped 2 people that came after me. I think it was because they spoke Spanish.

Great customer service. Hard working group of folks. Good price on tires. Very happy. Got used tires and they are in fantastic condition. Will return for more tires.

Used tires are bad tires spray painted black. I had brakes put on by the guy with the eyebrows and he overcharged me and took forever. He was too busy hitting on a girl who just wanted air in 4 tires. Long story short I would go to either of the tire places on the left or right. I was a regular customer until this new guy.

I called to verify if the place would be open on Sunday. I brought my vehicle in Sunday at 1:04p.m. I didn't get it back until 5:30p.m. M vehicle was completed between 4:30-5. All I was getting was a front end alignment which according to the mechanic would take 45 minutes to an hour and I had 1 customer in front of me. I did not get a call saying it was completed. The mechanic said he was too busy to let me know after I went back myself. I was still charged the full price for not having a vehicle for 2 extra hours outside the specified time frame, and I think I was overcharged. My last front end alignment cost me $80, they charged me 100, and wasn't willing to go down on the price for them holding my vehicle. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, very sloppy. I'm big on customer service.

This review is long overdue. I apologize. This shop was amazing!! My tires were serviced here December 2022. I searched this place on Google. From the time I pulled up, and got out of my car, I was greeted and seen about with urgency. I had a brand new tire that needed to be put on, and they did it with no problem. I ended up buying my 3 other new tires with them. And they were reasonably priced. They had to order the new tires, and they came early the next day! I would definitely recommend them to everyone, and come back to this tire shop. Thank you!

I was off the rip disappointed because it says on Google and their website that a front end alignment is $50.00 when it's actually $80. However, I decided to get it done anyway considering the young man was so nice and they could get my car done right then. I also got a 30 day warranty. I'll update as needed.
