Long story short, our company shuttle bus had a leaky emergency hatch and we needed it fixed ASAP to serve our clients. Steve was an absolute pleasure to work with! He was patient with our scheduling and helped expedite the turnaround for repairs. We got it to him at the end of one day and he had it ready for us before lunch the next.
