Marvin from Autotech was the absolute best! My family and I were driving home and our car broke down in Atlanta and he knew we weren’t from there. He genuinely wanted to help us and get us home as fast as he could. He was very communicative and explained everything. If we ever get stuck again, he will be the first one we call.

Cannot recommend these guys enough. My wife, 2 kids (7 months and 2.5 years old) and dog were driving from Florida to Tennessee when we broke down after hitting a tire. We were still 4+ hours from home with no reasonable way to get home and come back to pick up the car later. Marvin and his team were able to take the car in and have it fixed in less than 2 days and we were able to make it home. No other shop we called would even look at it for a minimum of 2 more weeks. Marvin called to check in regularly and give us updates so we could make our plans. We cant thank these guys enough for getting us home! Anyone looking for a great service center needs to give Autotech a call first.

Had service work needed to be done on my Jeep Cherokee, had the parts ordered yesterday and today I’m lucky to have been able to get on schedule and have my vehicle service completed. Heck, any of my vehicles I’ve brought to Marvin and Thomas’s team and they’ve always exceeded expectations and goes beyond service requests/ needs. Definitely a personal favorite oh mine and frequently referred.

Marvin and Thomas helped get me back on the road. After having to be towed in unexpectedly, I was assured by the vast experience and knowledge at Auto Tech. My problem was diagnosed and resolved completely and quickly, with options to repair being disclosed in detail with each’s pros/cons.

My experience with autotech was beautiful I purchased my first rv and the wrong fuel was put in so I needed my tank flushed while visiting family for the holidays Marvin got me back on the road in no time and shared lots of valuable information the price was decent the staff was super friendly and informative I truly appreciate them,they'll get you together

Alright, it's been a month....I had to be SURE! LOL! I originally went to another shop but they said they don't touch transmissions so I called this place and from the moment Marvin answered (I was distraught honey!) , it was a smooth and kind experience. He related everything I needed to know to prepare me for the process and time it would take and my car is back and better; no problems.I didn't originally go here because of the reviews but ignore the bad ones! That means they were told something they didn't want to hear and this facility is very honest, rather its what you want to hear or not. I'll be back for future services.

I needed front end work done on my car. it took them a total of 3 days from start to finish to complete everything that needed to be done. they were so fast and affordable and I recommend them as my family mechanic.

I was referred to Autotech in Forest Park and told to ask for Octavio (José) concerning a repair I needed for a van. Our shelter van for the Clayton County Humane Society was in desperate need of repair as both side door handles had broken off and we couldn't use these doors at all. We rely on this van to shuttle all of our animals to and from the spay & neuter clinic, vet visits and adoption events. When I arrived at the shop I was greeted by Avery at the front desk. He was extremely nice and helpful. Once he realized that I was from a local no kill shelter that operates 100% on donations, he spoke to José and they made the decision to donate their services to us for FREE! He immediately ordered us 2 handles and installed them the following week. They even paint matched the handles and made them look amazing. I can't stress enough what a wonderful job they did, but also how kind everyone I encountered at the shop was. Thanks, Autotech!Clayton County Humane Society

I have a warranty on my car and this shop works directly with the company. If I could give them -5 stars I would. The owner was very rude over the phone with me when I was just trying to get an understanding of what's going on what I'm being charged for and everyone was just giving me the run around. I called the shop and relayed a message from my warranty company to the man who picked up the phone which was the owner of the shop. He told me that I was lieing about what I was saying and I was only telling him what warranty company had just told me. I had literally just got off the phone with them minutes before calling him and I was trying to explain to him what I was being told and like I said I was just trying to get an understanding he continued to talk over me and scream into the phone which upset me because I'm only trying to get my car fixed. He then told me he was busy inside the shop so I would call back after 12 and I was ok with that. I did so and no one answered I called about 4 more times and he ended up sending long messages about how I was I was liar or having bad memory overall my experience was very unprofessional and I wish I could've took my car to a different shop.
