First, the entire store was incredibly clean and well-organized. It's clear that Store Manager Amber runs a fantastic operation, as the professionalism and positive atmosphere are visible everywhere.
More importantly, I need to recognize Jacob, who provided some of the best customer service I've ever received. I came in struggling to correctly diagnose a complex issue with my car, and Jacob took the time—patiently and knowledgeably—to help me figure out the problem. His expertise was invaluable and saved me a potentially expensive trip to the mechanic.

“I had a great experience at this O’Reilly location. After spending about 40 minutes calling and driving around to different auto parts stores, I finally came across this one and was helped by Marlon. I explained that my brake light was out and that I had a replacement bulb from a pack I previously purchased at another O’Reilly.
Without hesitation, Marlon offered to help me install it. When he removed the light, he noticed there was water inside the hub and explained that while he could replace the bulb, it would likely blow again because of the water. He recommended replacing the hub to properly fix the issue.
I purchased the hub and returned once it was available, and Marlon took the time to replace it for me as well. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond to help solve the issue after I had already tried several other auto parts stores. Great customer service and very knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location.”
