“I love O’Reilly’s! Not only do they have some of the best and knowledgeable workers, they go out of their way to help you with solutions. When Mavis wanted to charge me $400 to do my breaks and rotors, Cindy the manager at the O’Reilly’s on Tara Blvd said that I should see if my rotors are able to be turned first. She recommended a guy that was able to do it right away. Turns out, I didn’t even need rotors. Thank you Cindy! You just saved me $340!”

Greentec initially quoted me a much lower price and then when I brought the Highlander in and they looked at it said I didn't even need a new battery right now. They could have easily sold me a battery and made a quick buck, but they're straight shooters.”

“They let me in the door at 10 o'clock on the dot. As the employee was locking the door he seen me coming and politly asked me to extinguish my cigarette and opened the door for me. He then helped me find the power steering fluid that I desperately needed. Most employees, when it's time to go home, wouldn't open the door and help, with a positive attitude. “Picked up a battery from this location (Conley) and I certainly can tell you that they are very knowledgeable. The prices of the batteries are very reasonable ie. went to buy a battery for my Lexus at the dealer and was told no one has that battery, wanted to charge close to $300.00 and I got it at M.B.E for around $180+. Will definitely return and refer this location to others.”

“Last week my 88 year old Mom mentioned that she left the adapter for her seat belt in her car we just recently replaced with a new one; yet she still drives. I called O'Reillys and Lola checked for the product and offered to keep it at the front desk for me; a $& item. When I arrived she was busy with another customer, but still said hi, so Jim was there to help and I asked about another product and as we were talking Ronnie came over and they both went with me to help find the product and explain it's purposes. I was thanking them when a lady at the next register being taken of by Dshun overheard me and said I was right this was better than the one next closest so she always came here. Another man came up and said the same. Kate appeared and I was still complementing the kindness and non judgement of the staff and she just smiled. She could have told me she was the manager but instead just nodded allowing her staff to get the glory; then I realized who she was. That's leadership training and hiring people who work, know their job and are really good at customer service. All five were friendly and helpful from start to finish. I'm no mechanic so will never buy the high dollar parts in the back but it didn't seem to bother them that they knew that. I know where to go if I need help. Now you do, too.”

“Hey Drivers! So my experience here was good, ladies in receiving very nice and I was literally unloaded in like 13 minutes, but I was couple hours early and no line in front of me. Driveway is one way in, one way out. They do have a lot of dropped trailers in parking lot, but it was still pretty easy to maneuver for me. If ur a newbie, just take ur time, may have to do a 90 maneuver and couple pull ups to dock but nothing too bad ?? depending on what door u get and experience of course. Sorry forgot to take pictures but they got enough on Google maps lol, oh and not really any overnight parking on their property, but there is some room on street in the cul-de-sac area right before the entrance for maybe 3 trucks. Good luck!! ?”
