Steven was amazing. He communicated everything up front and during repairs. Janae (sorry if I misspelled named) was so welcoming and kind at the front desk as well. Travis really brought it home when I picked up my car. He made sure I was informed and completely satisfied with the work that Steven & his crew had done. The whole team at this Caliber Collision was amazing and I couldn’t be happier with my service.

I had an accident and was told by Liberty Mutual to take my car there. They had it over 3 months. About 8 months later, my rear bumper was loose. I took it to another body shop and was told 4 bolts were missing. I took it to Jake, the manager at that time and he said he fixed it. He did not. I took it back today to yet a 3rd manager, who told me 3 weeks ago he would fix it. Today, he said I caused the damage. Where are the bolts? They clearly don't have a clue. This business changes employees like you wouldn't believe. So for the young man and lady who refused to stand by your work and wird, don't worry. You won't be there long. My next complaints will be to the office of consumer affairs and insurance commissioner. Please don't use this place, use Corbitt instead. Buyer beware.

I absolutely love Caliber Collision and wouldn’t trust anyone else with my vehicles when it comes to collision repair. I’ve worked with them numerous times across different cars, and every single experience has been top-notch. But in one particular instance, they went above and beyond and I have to give a huge shoutout to Radarius.
After a repair, I noticed some smudges or residue that left marks on my vehicle. Unfortunately due to scheduling conflicts, I wasn’t able to bring it back right away. I honestly expected them to say it was too late or give me a hard time about getting it touched up.
But not Radarius...he came out, took one look, and without hesitation, got to work buffing it out and restoring it to the condition it should’ve been from the beginning. He didn’t give me any hassle just kindness, professionalism, and genuine care for both me and my vehicle.
In nearly 90 degree heat, he went out there and made it right. That’s the kind of service that earns my loyalty forever.
Thank you, Radarius, and thank you, Caliber Collision, for always taking care of your customers. You’ve got a customer for life!

I highly recommend you guys to come to Caliber collisions with your vehicle needs. The service was exceptional and they made sure to always keep me informed with updates to my car. I was involved in an accident, where another vehicle rear ended me. Caliber went above and beyond giving phenomenal service. My car was returned to me looking as if it were never involved in an accident. Janelle gave excellent customer service and remained informative until the end.

One of the best interactions I've had with a body shop, the staffing responsive, though it may take a few minutes for someone to come up to the front desk, once they got you in service is good to go.
