Service was great, Jeffery and Patricia were friendly and professional. The work done was spot on. I knew the vehicle was hit but couldn't tell upon pickup. Drop-off and pickup went as smoothly as could be asked or expected.

My son recently had his car repaired at the caliber in forest park. thank you to Mr..Brian Freshwater Regional District Manager:who assisted my son with getting the help that he needed to get the car repaired Thanks to Jack and Jeremiah, who assisted him along the way, and the lady up front. I had a GREAT experience with Caliber Collision! The staff is nice and friendly and repairs are professionally done. My car was completed before the date promised. I could see my car before I turned into the driveway to pick it up because the paint job was so pretty and shiny. GREAT WORK!! I am totally SATISFIED!!!

I am 100% satisfied with Caliber Collision in Forest Park and the repairs done on my vehicle. Customer service from the receptionist to the service crew was great. I was kept up to date with the repairs via text/phone with no issues or huge delays. My vehicle repairs were completed in a timely manner. My car looked as good as the day I bought it. It was also washed and clean. I would definitely recommend Caliber to anyone who needs vehicle repairs. Thanks Caliber for providing a wonderful hassle free experience. ???

The receptionist is rude and does not want to work. My body work was good but they put the wrong voltage battery back in my car. Mostly everyone was nice but the receptionist got to go.
