I've been dealing with Campbell's for about 15 years. They are knowledgeable, competent, and fair. I've dealt with them as a representative of a major landscaping company and now as an independent landscaping contractor. Their high level of customer service has continued despite me not spending the major dollars I once did. They are unequivocally the "Chick-fil-A" of commercial landscaping equipment sales & service.

I must admit this isn’t a good trusted business. 1. They made up charges and added parts that I didn’t need or request. 2. They lied to me saying they replaced my blades not knowing my blades were already brand new. 3. They wouldn’t even show me what they fixed when I returned for pick up. I had to basically beg them to show me what on my equipment was repaired. 4. They treated me like I was less than them as if I didn’t deserve any of their services even though I paid over $100 for them to just install a “screw”.I scheduled a service for 1 part to be installed Mainly because (THEY told me) the part had to be installed to replace my damaged part because they can’t repair the part I had already because those parts are “impossible” to fix but after returning to the store to pay and pick up they said they “fixed” the part I already had and they tried to add on extra parts also and charge me for them. They stated they had “replaced my bent blades because they’re bent” NOT KNOWING MY BLADES WERE ALREADY BRAND NEW. They removed the charges after I told them I have receipts to prove my blades are brand new. When I returned to pickup my item They wouldn’t even bring it out and tell me what they fixed. They treated me as if everything they were doing was a favor as if I wasn’t paying 1-$200 for the service. After paying for the service, i noticed on the receipt that the part I requested to be installed was not installed but instead they just installed a “screw” to fix the issue. I asked the guy at the front service desk what was the screw they installed. He snatched the paper out of my hand and didn’t know what to tell me trying to come up with something off the top of his head. I wish the Stockbridge lawn repair company was still open, they were kind, quick and professional. I only came to this store the past 2-3 years because my warranty company directed me to. Safe to say I won’t be coming back here.

You will NOT find a great business like this anymore , this is a one of a kind company . Mike , Noah and everyone who works there are friendly, professional and all around great people. Everyone takes the time to make sure all your questions and problems are answered and fixed . I just purchased a 48inch turf tracer last week and I could not be more happy with how everything went . I got a call from Mike yesterday just calling to check up and see how everything was running and wanted to just check up on me .Little things like a quick 5 minute call just to check up tells you exactly how this company runs .I have not been to the store on Jodeco road , but the store on Morrow road deserves 12 stars.

I recommend don’t go to that repair shop I’m so disappointed and angry at the customer service that staff was very rude instead of helpful they kept my lawn mower for 10 days even though I told them that balance needs to be fixed but they kept on insisting it needs new blades and tyre I told them I just put new blades you don’t need to replace them but they didn’t do anything but still charge me for 48 dollars and kept my mower for so many days .

I came here to make a small purchase and informed the staff member of that. Staff member told me they would add better parts onto my order instead as if it was a favor, even after I told them exactly what I needed and didn’t want to buy anything extra. Yet they charged me for stuff I didn’t ask for or needed. Seemed a bit money hungry and shady to me.

They are selling faulty blowersWe bought a blower and it has not worked right and they refused to exchange it for a new one they will only keep fixes the broke one for a price.

It has so much STIHL equipmemt and expertise. They saved my chainsaw/repaired it beautifully. Their service department technicians were able to diagnose the issues like a Indy car master mechanic. James the "Obi-wan" of Stihl usage/pure gold.This is big league lawn care,.luv it??
